So we’re looking for length and you want to increase the strength of your pelvic floor muscles, correct? The routine that Red sent to you is the perfect Kegel routine. Keep in mind you can do Kegels all day long every day the more you do the better. I would like you to also look after reverse Kegels because this is going to be very useful in your length workout.
