Progress thread Routine help

Hi guys, stretching is going well with the lengthmaster.

Question though. I'm wrapping best I can and decided to stretch down for a while due to getting water blister on my penis tip near uretha, from behind cheeks stretching.

I decided to try behind the cheeks stretch again today and I can still see little bumps forming that look like water blisters so I have stopped. Can this be stopped from wrapping the penis head and forcing all the blood out?
Is there a better way to wrap to stop the water blister is my question.
Try to apply Magnesium Carbonate under your TheraBand to reduce the skin friction.

By the way, I never go anything like this.
Sometimes I got blisters on the base of my penis, but I belive it was only in the beginning.

I don't understand why this is happening?
Are you doing 5 minutes hold/stretches?

10 minute holds and stretches. Then I massage the glad for 30 seconds and rest 5 minutes before repeating x 4 setts. I'll try the magnesium carbonate at somepoint.

You do 10 minutes at once. Don't you loose intensity? The longest I would go 1 minute

Yes I do , i tend to find myself stretching hard for 30 seconds to a minute then hold the stretch for abit and then stretch again, repeat for 10 mins. Have to keep swapping hands as the tension makes them aches.

I don't want to keep unwrapping and wrapping again so I thought 10 mins would be ok.

Am I doing this wrong?
If so what's the most I could get away with?

I recommend this split.
Set 1: 2x5 minutes stretches
You bundle at right as much you can, hold this stretch with high force for 5 minutes.
Rest for 4 seconds.
You bundle at left as much you can, hold this stretch with high force for 5 minutes.

Rest in front of s heating fan for 10 minutes to restore blood flow.

Set 2: 2x5 minutes stretches
You bundle at right as much you can, hold this stretch with high force for 5 minutes.
Rest for 4 seconds.
You bundle at left as much you can, hold this stretch with high force for 5 minutes.

This was what I was doing and it's enough to gain fast if you implement SRT healing.

Check out my video thread where I have videos about 5D-BTC-BS. Penis Exterminator is the extercise after this. I even got maximum elongation from Penis Exterminator from only one set sometimes. Then you understand how hard you can stretch, if you build up to it.

Currently at 6/2/25: BPEL 7 1/2 inch.

I've missed months at a time and not been overly consistent due to personal reasons.

I'm trying to get stretching in 5 days per week now. Weekends kids are around so it's not possible.
Should I be able to get to 8.5 by the end of year if I stick to 5 days per week?

Current plan is 40 mins. 10 mins of bundled right, 10 bundled left, 10 dld blasters , 10 mins bundled right again.

I stopped doing the BTC stretches at present because I was finding it difficult due to me been so over weight. Position and such.
I've dropped weight from 278lbs to 240lbs. Trying to get down to 180lb or there abouts. Been started on trt for 3 weeks now. So hopefully this will give me the extra energy and drive/ambition to exercise and stick to the routine.

Make sure to restart with the newbie routine again. Don't rush.

That's a possibility, based on the incrementation of intensities.

Good for you. Weight loss is a great way to reduce cortisol levels from impacting your PE. But 40 minutes will be a good start. Once you're done, wrap up the penis, or better yet, whenever you can, slap on the all day stretcher (ADS) when possible, or wrap up using the sleeve with more rigid body to create around 900g of constant traction. Extender will definitely be too bulky.

I did it so you can do it too. It takes serious commitment and lots of work. With that said I believe you can do it.

I did it so you can do it too. It takes serious commitment and lots of work. With that said I believe you can do it.

I've retained the flaccid stretch length not the erection length. However I've been incorporating kegals while resting between sets. Which has helped with erection quality and erection length.

I've been doing length only for so long and decided because I can't do length work on weekends I'll do some manual slow squash jelqs and 50 normal times 3 sets. Doesn't take much time so can do it with the minimal time I have there.

I would much prefer to get more length.
Looking at my penis it doesn't look that big what so ever. I know me been so overweight has an affect on this as it looks alot smaller next to my fat legs lol. Still I think it's small in length, it bothers me some.

Another thing you can do is erect stretches. This exercise will close the gap between flaccid length and erect length.

If you want more length I suggest you go for the SRT length portion as it hits every possible angle making sure you get gains from all sides. Do you have a LengthMaster?
