Progress thread Routine help

Hi guys I've been doing the beginners routine and gained maybe an 0.5 inch. I bought the length master.
I'm planning on doing maybe 40 mins per day of 30 or 1 minute stretching outwards, right, upward and left. Maybe 50 to 100 jelqs.

I am after advise on quickest way to gain length and what time frame as a guess I could expect to gain 3 to 4 inches.

Also I am struggling with wrapping my penis and keeping it in the lengthmaster. My penis slips alot and I end up having to reposition often plus it also feels like I'm stretching the skin at the base of my penis more than the internal penis.
Any advise?

I do get a fluid buildup from manual stretching at the bottom of my gland. I usually massage this for 30 seconds and then do jelqs which help but it's never uncomfortable.

I am about 7.5 inch BPFS and my goal it to be 10 to 11 BPFS. I would like 10 inch of showing penis eventually.

I have had a massive break from PE so I'm getting back into it and I would appreciate any help.

It sounds like you haven't got your wrap perfect. Have you looked at my video instructions about that?

Progression of increasing your length, I don't dare to guess it's so dependent on the intensity you dare to bring on your tissue. AND your program structure. It can happen fast if you are dedicated.

Stage 1 - Start with the beginner routine, that you will find here.

Stage 2 - Then you can after a month progress into DBS Stretches;
🔗 Downward Bundled Stretches with the LENGTHMASTER 3.

Stage 3 - And then later you progress into BTC-B Stretches.

How fast you can progress is up to you, but in DBS Stretches you will feel that the stretches loses their intensity, in the inner penis and in the ligaments.
Then it's time to progress into BTC-B Stretches. Always stretch hard. But go easy in the beginning and always increase the intensity exponentially, as you progress.

I highly recommend you to transition into holding your DBS Stretches for 5 minutes in each bundled direction, and later also holding your BTC-B Stretches for 5 minutes as well, and it's also important to bundle as much as you can in this stage (Stage 2), in order to loosen up the tunica albuginea for the next stage/exercise (Stage 3). In Stage 3 you should also bundle more and more as you progress.

One session should be 20 minutes.
One set should be 10 minutes.
One session is 2 sets of 10 minutes.
I recommend a rest of 10 minutes between the two sets

You can do 2 sessions per day.
Personally I'm doing 2 sessions per day, 3 days on and 1 day rest.

After 13 minutes (3 minutes warmup) in the chamber you detach and remove the wrap to restore blood flow to your penis. This is important in order to be able to always stretch hard, and keeping pain and discoloration at bay.

Hello again. Is there anything we can do to stop blood blisters forming on the skin.
I think I wrapped mid shaft which was probably too low today.
Many blood blisters have formed.
 
Loads of little red dots some a little bigger then others. I know them as blood blisters or blood spots. They are essentially tiny bits of blood that under skin and have gotten trapped.
 
Red spot are normal in many pe areas especially pumping. They fade in a day or two
 
Sorry guys. Another question. How long can I stay in the lengthmaster for at one time before 8 have to detach and let the blood flow?
I read 10 mins on off , is that the maximum ?
I was wondering if I could do 2x 20 mins sessions? Or is that too long?

When I personally stayed to long in the chamber in the beginning ot would really hurt. With less time in the chamber I prevented this from happening.

My belief is also that when you detach from the chamber you should remove all the wrapping. With time you will become more efficient and faster to wrap your penis.

What I will say. Do what works for you. But keep what I said back in your mind. Of you get to my much discolouration in your glans it cqn be due to long time in the chamber.

I tried 15 mins but my gland went way too dark for my liking so I think I will just stick to the 10 mins. I have been trying 5 mins brakes and I seem to with that for now.
