Routine Help

Hello brothers I just recently updated all my info on my new phone. I thought I posted my routine before that but I guess I didn't. This is my routine which consists primarily of length only. I've been doing PE since September 2023 using the lengthmaster.

I have done:
Beginner routine
bundled Downward Stretching
DLD Blasters
BTC Bundle Stretching

I do about two sessions a day/ 20 minutes each everyday if I could. I started out at around 6.75-7 BPEL and currently I am 7.5-7.75 inches BPEL with my NBPEL being around 6.75 inches. I want to reach 8.5inches BPEL with ease. Any thoughts on what I should do. As of right now I have not done any Girth exercises until I reach my goal of 8.5 inches BPEL. Does anybody think I may have hit a stop sign in the road when it comes to my length growth? Currently, after doing BTC Bundle Stretching at my hardest and seeing any growth I went back to the beginner routine with my penis bundle 360°.
 
Since you are focusing on mechanical assisted stretches, you are cementing while you progress based on the stats so far. SRT is a good focus base program. As many veterans here would say, after a few months in allowing your body to adopt the stress loads, time to push up the intensities. Your PE journey started back in September of 2023 with great progression of growth simply through 60 minutes or less of PE routines daily with mechanical assistance. To me, that is a phenomenal potential growth while cementing. You also wrapped, so that is a great post routine, or even mid routines practice.

Now, if you followed the SRT routines since way back then, with growth potential is still wide open even now. To push for that extra growth, this is just only me, but add on an additional of static traction force on the first set of the Length Master routine. This takes the advantage of extra cellular activities while you are active to send bioavailable resources to your penis from good blood flow. Extender is bulky, Stealth may not be your cup of tea, but constant traction at 1kg for at least 4 hours is required to push your growth to the next level. Try a stiffer SiliSleev#5 (loosely fit if you can but keep your penis elongated), and have it pushed against your penile base and glans at the same time. It's more discreet, but just enough tension to promote constant growth. Growth starts at around 850g across the board. 900g is advised. 1kg is suggested. 1150g is recommended.

I got everything that was said except this part. At the moment I do have a silistretcher but reluctant to use it because I blistered up at on my penis head really bad at one point. ( I was wearing 4 days in a row at that time) But how would I measure the traction force in "g" as stated above?

I think I understand that now I I have to eventually upgrade my Uncle Jim wrap for elongation and start wearing ADS. Would it be possible to to do the Uncle Jim Wrap wrapping after my first session and then Silistretcher (4 hrs or more if possible) after my second length session?

Eventually I would love to wear the Silistretcher all day but the blister issue keeps holding me back. Also another reason for me needing to wear it because I want to increase the size of my glans as well.

You got the blister because you went past the 1150g above. You actually went as high as 3kg above. One full twist of the knob is the same as -5inHg. When you bend over or crouch, that -5inHg now just shot past -8inHg. If you do two full twist, that is as high as -9inHg. Bending over will cause the pressure to go past -12inHg. This is more than blister city. If you take the pressure into account, you just went past 8kg of pure pulling force.

Instead of straping to the knee or leg, why not strap it around your waist? This keeps the pressure and traction force stabilized at 1100g no matter how active you are.

Yes. Uncle Jim's wrap will keep you around 600g worth of traction force. SiliStretcher in the second session will do fine as well, as long as you can keep it stretched for at least 4 hours.

Build up to the pressure little by little. Do not use full twist. Use only half twist. If you have to, double up the sleeves. We have tricks for using a double sleeve method to prevent slippage. You can do it with a single sleeve as well.

This means the silisleeve has to be extended through the whole penis and not just halfways correct? Silisleeve all the way from penile base to glans?

Correct. The sleeve has to be from the base of the penis to the base of the glans.

My problem right now with the SS seems to be at the moment my glans is kinda small so I can't get a good fit into the cup. I do have the smallest bell size too for the SS. Is it possible to double up on the silipad inside the cup?

If your glans is small, and you are having a hard time with the 1.5in cup, yes, you can pad it up. Padding can be used with just tissue paper to create a good moisture removal, the SiliCap if you want but it will create tons of moisture, or simply insert the penis even deeper into the bell for better supports. The trick is, use a TheraBand layer just slightly lower down from the base of the glans for a good vacuum and stable connection with your cup and sleeve. The great thing is, it will not cause the sleeve to pinch and tear during high stretch movements.

To measure traction force, should I buy that measuring device that is attached to the strap of Silistretcher device from the MOS Website? Ive always strapped it to my outer knee so I definitely will try that.

You can use a simple hanging fish scale from the local store, or the SiliScale for extreme digital accuracy from the MoS Shop. Whichever you like to use. I use my BassShop fish scale I have around and it works just fine.

Yes. It can be wrapped, positioned, and placed various ways for your comforts. There is no wrong way. Just a comforting way. Mine has been between 0.5in to 1in below the base of the glans because of my excess foreskin. Brothers with no excess foreskin can go as low as near the base for additional support and pull to tug on the ligaments, especially for hanging. However, if you are stretching the entire penis, the lowest position is right below the base of glans.

Definitely. Either Uncle Jim's wrap (flexible bandage), a stiffer penis sleeve (SiliSleev #5 or even DuroSleevs), or a combo of sleeve + TheraBand, wrap + sleeve, wrap + elongated strip, or low traction coil extender + sleeve, you are fulfilling the SRT in the most optimal conditions

I Alway went with
I Alway went with Theraband first, one wrap then I padded it with Ace bandage for one wrap. I would occasionally do one without the other if my penis was up to it.

Correct. Also do not take more than a week off. During that time you can do deep tissue massage, kegels and hot wraps. This will help penis heal faster.

Correct. TheraBand layer goes on first before the sleeve. TheraBand is a very versatile for a lot of things in and out of PE needs.

The further away the penis sleeves from the base of the penis is with the SiliStretcher, the more traction is being done on the entire penis.

The closer to the base of the penis is, the SiliStretcher is using the sleeve, the higher the pulling and tugging on the ligaments and muscles.

Definitely. Read up on everything you can while on rest days. Ask questions and we'll provide as much as answer as possible. Even if you have a faint understanding and still couldn't wrap your mind around things, ask anyway to doublely sure on your understanding.

That is exactly what I do. Best wrap over others. If you want more compression grab some sleeves

I can't express this any better. When you are taking a break it is so important to keep your head in the game by reading through all important threads. This keeps your mind in the game and prepares your body for your routine

Extended or excess foreskin. When the penile skin is being pulled and tugged, the foreskin will gain some excess length. Over time, you'll see your foreskin gets restored to its original hood covering if you use your foreskin excessively to pull on your penis. This is why if you want to reduce the amount of foreskin being created from PE, you pull your foreskin completely back, expose as much of the glans as possible, and strap the devices right below the base of the glans.
 
Would it still be possible to convert all that extra foreskin into new gains or growth?

Skin is caused by overstretching the upper layer of the fascia and not the important tunica. There is no one to one conversion of foreskin to tunica gains, unfortunately.

As brother @kriskros mentioned, stretch both the balls (scrotal sack) and the pull the foreskin back further to expose as much of the glans as possible. Strap or grab below the glans without pulling excessively on the foreskin. There are times you have to in order to stretch those ligaments. That's not enough to cause the skin to stretch compared to the normal stretches along the entire penis.

By stretching the tunica at the base of the glans as much as you can, as your penis elongates, the foreskin also disappears. I lost about half an inch worth of foreskin that way.

I was messing around with a new exercise yesterday and I think it may help you. It is simple with a flaccid penis you grip at the extreme base and stretch up above your head so all skin you bring up and over the head causes the skin to stretch but also the tunica. Hold each stretch for 60 seconds. I have not perfected the exercise but once I do I will post pictures and specific instructions. Try it out and see if helps you.
 
This is my 2nd day of Silistretching and this.is how I have my wrapping so far. I will perfect this. Any advice will be great. Trying to keep the head inside the bell as much as possible.
