Routine Help, Please

Oh my fricken goodness, this week plus has been crazy with parties and so much... I have had less sleep this past 9 days then I woulda had with regular work days.
One more big party to go then kinda back to normal.

Sunday, full nite routine
Monday/Tuesday off
Wednesday thru Saturday I am kinda proud to say full nite routines

It was a tough week (shit loads of fun) but not horrible.
Today has been a good start of the week, I got in two hanging sets earlier and I will complete my nite routine later....

Forgot to include,
Three fantastic female encounters this week with solid girth and great EQ.
Also started the week with another female encounter last night that was solid plus woke up with a huge erection.
PI’s are through the roof but I have also not done my full workout this past week.

All those women in your life, make sure you make time for your penis LOL

Lol, it is a challenge and during a normal workout week, 4 encounters in 8 days and he may be falling off.
But.... it would be silly of me not to take advantage of the light PE time (it is why I do PE).

Was able to get a full afternoon hanging session in, that was good.
Will be increasing weight on Wednesday when the schedule gets back to normal to hit fatigue quicker in the sets.

Also doing a bunch of research on old hanging threads on the site, Dash, SWM, Summer, SuperDick, Kingsnake... gold in some of those old threads.
 
That’s awesome and it’s really smart to go through the brotherhood and look up some of the Legins and see what they did. I’m glad you’re also getting work in between all those women. How in the heck do you get three women that quickly? You must be stud! (flex)(cool)

So only ended up missing a couple of sets.

15 pounds definitely pulls everything more.
I also have some discomfort doing the LM after three sets at 15 pounds. I am going to continue as is but am thinking of moving the LM session before hanging.
See how it goes this week and play with my wrapping some more.

Looking forward to a full week of sessions with the new weight.
 
Awesome updates. I am glad you got through the holidays and are back to work. Reversing the order of hanging and Lengthmaster may be a smart move.

Nicely done Mike!! Have you noticed any difference with your newer size during these encounters? Any comments from the 'recipients', lol? For me, it's like a brand-new experience every time...and the reactions have been priceless!

Nah, dont move the lengthmaster before the hanging session, its meant to cause discomfort like that.
Its working on the already tired out penis from hanging.

I am still so loving this routine and even more so I have confidence in my routine again. It has been a while since I could say that.

Hmmm, so much to say about this but I am uncomfortable putting some things out there.

I have been very fortunate with females my whole life... even when I was on the smaller side of average, I was still very fortunate that they kept coming back... lol.

So I guess the actual encounters in the bedroom, kitchen, family room, hotels, etc kinda always had a high bar set.
Kinda funny but really no direct comments during events but shits loads during sext. I mean like almost every sext includes a mention and that never ever used to happen before.

Just wait until you have a repeat performance after a few weeks of PE...there will be that puzzled look and (depending on the girl) an insatiability that only the 'bigger' you can fulfill. Pure magic (in the right hands, of course :))

Update for the past two weeks,

Two weeks ago had a very good week getting in 10 hours of hanging even with going outta town for two days for work. While outta town, I was unable to hang but got in four extra LM sets.
Overall it was a solid week... oh, two female encounters and EQ was solid.

Last week,
Also a solid week but had an off day on Friday (first off day since the holidays).... a really good party, maybe a bit too much beer, and thought about hanging 15 pounds from my unit but made the smart decision and didn’t. Damn glad I was smart enough to just take the day off after drinking.
Good week, 9 hours hanging but missed a couple LM sets.
One female encounter (feck that is just wrong) but great EQ!

Other,
I have been upping the intensity of my LM sets again and EQ has responded really well. I am now back up to really good tension again after the EQ drop a couple weeks ago.

Not adjusting anything but I am trying to find a bit more time to add a couple more LM sets. I have a decent wrap and am kinda digging the really good LM routine (and getting a little stir crazy hanging... mid season funk, LOL).

This week started solid and was able to get in 3 hours hanging on Sunday, so that will help the weekly total.

The good;
Great week, over 11 hrs hanging (still have another set to do tonite - and hanging now as I type) and the LM sets just feel great. I am really starting to get addicted to my LM.
No missed sets or days this week.
EQ is flat out impressive as I am even getting compliments/reactions on how hard I am (so that is nice).

The not so good:
Had a lot of difficulty this week reaching any level of fatigue. That is a bit disappointing for me as my goal is not to go much over 20 pounds hanging if I can avoid it. So today, I am up another pound and hanging 16 pounds (7.26 Kg) off my unit. Still 80% BTC and ~20% SO which does always give a really nice stretch to the underside of my shaft.

I have never understood or been a fan of decondioning time but I am wondering if all the PE has conditioned my unit to not be responsive or if I am just a hard gainer and have to keep working him until a response?
Not sure but I am sticking with the plan through March and then will evaluate some stuff...

I like your viewpoint and determination to stick with a plan.
While MoS has been online for a longer time and many gains have been made, I still think there's a whole lot to learn about PE.

Reading Jake’s progress report and I realized I had left something out on my report.

I had been using a Phallosan vacuum cap. I have tried many other caps thru the years and the Phallosan cap was easily the best.... until last week when I received my Silicap.
Feck, it isn’t even close. The Silicap totally changes the game! 60 minutes, 16 pounds and absolutely ZERO glans irritation, ZERO.
I was debating retiring the vac cap for hanging but not now! Did I mention ZERO glans irritation?
At some point, it will give way to the vacuum but not at 16 pounds.
 
Interesting week... with the -20 degree temps outside my PE had some challenges. Much, much less private time.
Made some adjustments and still managed 8 hours hanging and most LM sets... but it was a challenge.

I had one nice accomplishment for me, I got to 540 degree rotation on my bundles while clamped in my LM. This is 180 degrees more rotation then when I started.
I did notice tho when twisted the full 540 I need to back off the force of the stretch so I still do 1-1/2 minutes CW and 1-1/2 minutes CCW in the full 540 but all the rest at 360 to get the better stretch.

Get through tonites parties and then hopefully all back to normal.

That’s what I was talking about! If the bundle is too tight it’s counterproductive.

Because of the extra rotation, I am not able to apply as much force to the stretch.
I am still doing some stretching while at 540 trying to work up the force... but still do 360 stretching to get a full stretch in.

Ho hum,
Kinda mundain week.
Hanging went well, stayed at 16 pounds with last week being broken up a bit.
I am at the point I want to go through the LM videos again and see if I can find a new stretch to add, I am a fan of this tool.
I did miss my Friday night session as the party went a bit late and the beer was so perfectly cold, mmmmmmm beer!

Coming up on a scheduled short week as there is planned time to go watch cars go fast and turn left.

PI’s/EQ remains really solid, after I eased up on the original intensity with the LM and built things back up, all has been great.

As I said.... ho hum.
 
Great news, looking good. Do you take supplements at all? I know you mention EQ, even if you have no issues, perhaps try looking at getting hold of either beetroot juice, the powder, or simply get some raw yourself and cook them up, blend them.

They are excellent for cardio health, endurance, and erections!

I take a lot of supplements with my bodybuilding routine,
Creatine, protein, arginine, T supplement, multi old guy vitamin, BCAA’s.

With some of my previous PE routines, I had some big EQ hits that lead me to try a lot of stuff. That is when I tried the beetroot juice.
Beetroot and my pallet are not a good match. I tried mixing it with some apple juice.... flavoured creatine.... but never was able to make it taste good enough to keep it in my mix.
I never tried the powder tho, if that also works I may give it another try.

Lol I know this! I’m originally from the south! Mason Dixon line!

I drink a vegetable smoothie that would probably mask the taste of the beet. It would have to be something strong for me, I can not even touch a beet! ?
 
I need to get back into it, and would do either. I used to crunch up beef liver tabs in my mouth and they tasted awful ?

If I could just get the vegetable smoothie down every day I’d be doing myself a huge service as I get no other vegetables otherwise. It’s just right now it’s so expensive and I just can’t afford to do it every day. Look forward to better times.
 
Hows the routine going?

Hmmm, this may be a bit wordy of a response to a simple question but to be honest, I have thought of quiting the site (MoS) because I am so fecking embarrassed and not sure what’s wrong with me... and really embarrassed.

RZ, this is the very best routine I have ever done, so much better is this routine then anything previously.
I am embarrassed because I religiously did this routine for 16 weeks, missing almost no days besides the couple in mid February and had maybe two millimeter length gain.
Maybe 2mm in 16 weeks is good, maybe what I should have been expecting, but I really expected more and wanted to be able to show more for this routine. I feel like I failed...

I don’t understand why I am so stuck with my gains. I gained over an inch (25.4mm) pretty quick... shoot, I gained 1-1/2” (38mm) pretty quick but maybe I am maxed out even though that doesn’t make sense to me.

Some details:
I did max out my hanging weight at 19 pounds (shy of 9Kg). I could of pushed a bit more but that was a lot more weight then I ever expected to hang from my unit and if 19 pounds isn’t enough then... damn.

Where my head is currently... I am starting back up today after taking a couple weeks off. A couple of weeks is the longest I have taken off since starting PE a couple years ago.
When I started, I was just over 5” length and at 5” MEG. Now I am just shy of 7” but only 5-3/4” MEG (I have only done length routines).... percentage wise that is way different then my natural dimensions (was basically 100% now I am only around 80% girth/length) .
I am kinda thinking if I added some girth (~1/2”) and got the percentages a little closer to my natural percentages, maybe that will allow me to add some more length down the road....???
 
Whenever we come to a plateau it’s very important either increase intensity, change exercises, change routines or add a tool. I would go for what you desire most. If you’re looking for length go for a length only routine to isolate your focus on one thing at a time. The same methodology goes for girth. SRT offers a lot of advice in the way of gaining and healing especially when we reach a plateau. I would also look into the silky stretcher and the new reverse pyramid hanging, this is a very good length routine. If you’re seeking to add that girth first I suggest you use the 5×5×3 in SRT.
 
You haven't failed. Its just a hurdle, an obstacle at this stage. Would it be possible for you to try the reverse pyramiding that DLD created? place that into the hanging section of the routine.

How many rest days have you had?

(I am not single or in school... those days are way behind me, LOL).
I am willing to put in 1-1/2 to 2 hours a day if required but two hours straight isolation during the summer.... when everyone in the house stays up later because it isn’t dark outside, isn’t realistic for me (I would be starting my routine at midnight each day - later on the weekend and wake up early to get to work).

Not trying to make excuses but at this time, reverse hanging isn’t realistic.
(also not an excuse but I just hung 19 pounds for 1-1/2 hours a day for just shy of 7 weeks, not fully believing that 5 and 10 pounds for 60 minutes is what I was missing, it may be but I need to wrap my head around it a bit more).

Take your time and read through it also read through SRT and get yourself an idea of how much time you can dedicate and then we will help you put together a routine that will bring you the growth as fast as possible.
 
This may sound counter-intuitive, but maybe this 'break' will do a hard 're-set' whereby you can almost relive your newbie status when you restart? Plateaus are a beeotch, but so are you...and you will overcome :)

Deconditioning is a great way to reset things and come back with a new attitude and some new exercises. No one needs to be scared of these breaks as they will not lose anything that is permanent. Anything lost during the break will return immediately upon training.

I hear ya both and I know you are correct... but I really have a challenge believing it.
I just did a two week break and that is my longest break since starting PE. Normally my breaks are 3-5 days for life stuff, not because I wanted a break from PE.

I really should prolly do a 4-6 week decon but that may put me over the edge.

Then in that case it means you need to intensify the exercises or find new exercises and tools that will give you the proper intensity to continue gaining. If this makes sense to you I can help you write up a routine that will take all of these variables into one work out.

I will make some updates.
As I mentioned to you... I really was embarrassed that I didn't have better results from the absolute best routine I have ever done.
I really felt like I let some people down and that really got in my head.

I have had some recent success with a Length Master/Clamping routine that I feel good about, I kinda needed that.
I know I should keep doing this for a bit more to see what all I can get outta it but making some slight modifications and playing with the infrared/ultrasound stuff just seems so tempting... my biggest issue with making the adjustment (well, besides that I know better then changing a routine that is showing positive results) is all the decon part of it.

Had a decent few months changing things up, added some girth (without going too silly) and a touch of length.

Followed that with a big focus on getting penetrating heat… starting with adding space heater with the heat pad…. then doing near IR…. then mid IR.
None of the above gave me the penetrating heat in the shaft I was looking for and even tho I said ‘never’ I got pulled in by Kyrpa, Doc, LongStretch and the others applying US and reporting great results for generating a positive heat effect.

So last week I pulled the trigger and ordered a 3 MHz US unit. Scheduled delivery was mid November but the dang thing showed up at my door in 3 days.

I have done two test, the first was a failure trying to cover too much area and getting some ‘tingle’ but barely much warming.
Posted about the first day experience and received advice from Kyrpa.
His advice was spot on, day two testing and using a circular motion covering a more focused pattern, the US produced and produced so well that where on test 1 going up to 1.8 power did little, in test 2 I quickly backed it down to 1.4 power as I am not ready for that much generated heat and will have to slowly work up to this.

With much help from those who have gone before (Kyrpa) I think I am dialing things in so that I will be able to focus on my routine and the details of working on getting improved stretch.

Even tho test 1 and test 2 weren’t huge routine days I am still going to maintain the 2 on 1 off schedule, so today is a rest day and I will go back at it tomorrow.
