rough penis head

Does anybody else have a rough penis head. If I look real close and spread the skin a little I can see hundreds of bumps that are the same color as the surrounding skin. It is only on top and not underneath the head. When I was younger the whole head was smooth like the underside is now. They are not pearly papuals. Could this have something to do with circumcision (not having foreskin to protect head)? Is there a treatment for this? Sorry if this is not the right place to post this. I think it is just as important to have a good looking penis as it is to have a big one.
 
This is quite normal. I use Hydrocortizone cream to deal with this. Every day, after showering, apply a small amount of cream to your entire penis and massage it in. If you do this daily there will be no dry skin at all.
 
Thanks DLD, I will give it a try.Though I am a little concerned about applying anti-swelling cream to a penis I am trying to make bigger.-lol
