I did manual stretches everyday, this time I'm focusing a lot more on bundled stretches that almost half my stretching is done bundled now, usually 360 degrees but sometimes I go another 180 if I can. I'm aiming at making 2 full rotations to really maximize the stretch on the tunica. Approximately 30 minutes per day consistently, I only missed one morning when I ended up doing it at night.
I got a bit lazy with using Phallosan from Nov 1 to Nov 6 but since then I've been using it 6-8 hours per day when I'm alone and studying or doing errands. Today I've had it on since 10 am and I'm planning on keeping it on at least 10 hours. The tension is on red as always but recently I've been placing the belt around my butt so it's lower than I used to wear it, this way it's clear that there is a much better stretch as my penis is basically 6.5-7 inches flaccid for 6+ hours everyday.
For girth I've been getting really good with slow squash jelqs and I'm incorporating them into every girth session with normal jelqs in between to get me back to 100% erection. On Nov 6 I actually pumped with the bathmate and my penis was stretched to slightly above 7.5 inches for several minutes while in the pump, it was exactly 19 cm if I remember correctly which is a record for me in the bathmate. Overall I'm taking girth workouts a lot more seriously since I've stalled for months in girth (even regressed a bit).
My goal is to get to 5.75" mid shaft erect girth by the end of the year. For length I'll be happy with 7" bone pressed erect but I aim for 7.25" even though it's unlikely.
I got infected with Covid recently so I'll be spending a lot of time at home which means 12+ hours of phallosan use and some serious PE workouts while getting paid leave from work (flex)(like)

I've been very consistent with PE this week. Stretched everyday and I've been rotating one and a half rotations for the bundled stretches, it's very intense. 2 days ago I got a very strong erection in the morning (like the ones that are 110% hard haha) and I wanted to measure my length because it looked very big tbh. It measured at exactly 7 inches bone pressed. That means I've so far gained about 3/4" since I started PE, as of mid-november.
My girth has been more consistent now as well. Lots of normal jelqs, SSJs, and pumping everyday. We'll see how girth improves, so far my only gains have been length since I've been doing PE as a daily routine.

The past week I've been a bit less consistent although I stretched manually on 6 days and did 2 girth sessions so it's better than nothing. This morning while stretching I measured my bone pressed flaccid stretched length and it is 7.75" or 7.8", I'm not sure if that translates to more erect potential but I'm happy with it nevertheless as I was about 7.3"-7.4" on the first of September. @DLD does flaccid stretched length predict potential erect length?

This was one of the best things I found was we could check our future gains through a flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement. There will always be a gap but it will be relative to your growth. There is a way to close that distance and that’s doing erect stretches

That is exactly the way to go. Follow the existing proven methods, earn those gains. Only once you deplete your natural potential then you can move onto other more novel approaches. Similar to bodybuilding.
Great decision about length. Attack length with all your tools, forget about girth for now. Because once you deplete length gains, girth becomes VERY easy. On the other hand, if you concentrate on girth, it could potentially hinder further length gains or diminish its potential.
Lastly, wax all that nasty hair bro LOL. I can tell you live in a cold state? down here in FL we wax absolutely everything.
