Restarting, Long Term Gains and Patience

So got injured, not the EQ issue in my posts (I posted a few days ago under "How are you today!" And can't get back into my account lol, don't know why. It was a streacher injury. Some kind of nerve compression but have been taking peptides and taking care of myself immaculately and I've noticed that I'm seeing massive improvement. So much so to the point that my dick is starting to look a lot plumper and normal at times with certain pains that existed going away. Was able to get a standing erection too following a hard flaccid from last Monday and have seen steady noticable improvement.

I thank DLD and OL for their feedback and help, I really do appreciate y'all. You guys are the best, and deserve well in life

I wanted to continue however in the long term. This last week or so and moreover the last 5 months have been really life-changing for me and I realize that Ive always been a hustler and work hard and when I can't accomplish, I just work harder. I did this in every part of my life but some things need time and care (especially PE) I have a Vaccum ADS, Vaccum Extender (got it a while ago ig, was in my mailing room just got it the other day it was lost mail from USPS) clamping but not thinking that is a good idea to ever continue
per the advice of OL. So with pumping SSJ and ADS... What do y'all think of this in terms of long term growth? I'm not necessarily insecure about my size, it's that I just love self improvement. @DLD @oldandlively. What do y'all think of this. I saw the girth program utilizing pumping and ssj which interested me. I do know that long term stretching, even if it's in an ads can give gains due to the principle of cellular division. Maybe y'all have some experience youd be willing to share. Id love to hear it!

Looks like the peptides helped with the nerve and tissue regeneration. The healthy living reduced overall inflammation and cellular suppression. Add daily total of 3g leucine, 4g HMB, with a total of 5000IU Vit D3. There are many holistic types of nerve repairs if you are interested in the future. This will expedite nerves and blood vessels repair on top of your dietary intakes.

I wanted to continue however in the long term. This last week or so and moreover the last 5 months have been really life-changing for me and I realize that Ive always been a hustler and work hard and when I can't accomplish, I just work harder. Stay away from clamping methods with soft or hard devices. At this point, it's not worth the risks. Prior issues can trigger major flare-ups that you will not be able to contain the next time around.

So with pumping SSJ and ADS... What do y'all think of this in terms of long term growth?
If you use a moderate, to short burst high pressure for 60 seconds, and down to light, and continue with SSJ, your gains will continue to be optimized. Do not switch to desperate measures and remain consistent. When you are ready, we'll come up with a game plan for you.

This method of approach helps with ED and strengthen EQ. @kriskros can give you his thoughts on this as he has one of the worst cases I've seen to date. He overcame quite a bit of trials and went far with his gains.

Let us know what tools you have for pumping and post pumping. Cock rings and sleeves are good examples.

@oldandlively should I be abstaining from masturbation? I notice I go hard flaccid following it; not to the degree that I was initially but still to a degree. Would it be best to abstain completely and work on resetting my pelvic floor at this point to fix the residual tension?

My suggestion is to test the reset modal period. Try a three weeks, test for one ejaculation, then a 4 week, then another ejaculation. Make notes on all the recovery routines and the characteristics/feeling during each ejaculation. Two weeks of abstinence is considered normal as resetting the prostate tightness that feels like it comes from the pelvic floor.

If you are healthy, 5x5x3 will bring you the best-most affordable-in no time results. 5x5x3 utilizes the best protocol.
The SSJ which builds microtrauma alongside the penis makes it good, beautiful, and strong.
I had more than 15 years ED and Prem. Somehow, the combination of 5x5x3 does something that increases overall health in that portion of the body down there. I cannot explain it - I am not veteran. But somehow, my erections started to became better. I just couldn't pass 90% of erection. Then I reached 95, 96, and one day I got 100% and couldn't believe in my eyes. I was whining all day in the forums and just couldn't see the solution in my eyes. Everyone was saying "just follow 5x5x3". So one day I decided just to do it and thats the result.

I managed to understand it even after 6 months of doing 5x5x3. That's because for some reason (my bad health? My Penis Issues?) FOR ME (I repeat, for me) when I was ejaculating was like putting something like anti-ifflamatory on my penis that was killing all the work. If you see the forums, everyone says the exact opposite. because if you put more stress to penis it will help!!! Yes ofc if you area a healthy guy! I am 40 years old. I do not have morning wood (because I am on meds) and this also might be a contributing factor. Its all theory but I am speaking for myself.

Also which peptides do you get? Injections or Pill?

Just to let you know, I found all the core reasons why I couldn't have gains, and people that cant have gains or their gains are very low compared to others.

I used injections. They were subcutaneous on areas with fat such as love handles. You have to clean the site, try to inject (with an insulin syringe) 45 to 50 degrees into the fat tissue. Basically pinch the tissue between your thumb and index finger, inject in said fat tissue at that grade I mentioned and done, clean after as well. You may get a post injection reaction in the site, sometimes you do, sometimes you don't. Ghk Cu seems to be the worst offender lol. But currently I'm using TB 500, Ghk Cu, and BPC157. Youll have to reconstitute the peptides however so you will have to get bacteriostatic water/solution, inject the BAC Solution into the small vial of peptides. For example 10mg of Ghk Cu in 5ml of BAC water is 2mg/mL. Swirl the vial don't shake it until it's dissolves and store reconditioned peptides in a refrigerator. @kriskros

The key is that you take time off because it isn't that your body necessarily becomes dependent on them, It's that you can build a tolerance. 4 Weeks on 2 weeks off is usually what renders the best effect. For example, BPC is short for Body Protective Compound which is derived originally from the GI Tract if I'm not mistaken. These Peptides really are miracle anti aging drugs. There's a reason that pharma likes to push Corticosteroids to reduce inflammation and not Peptides at this point; one is a treatment, one is a cure. This is no fault to the medical professionals however, taking a look at the anti aging clinics, many of those doctors push these new treatment-cures; at a premium of course but I'm hoping that the new awakening to all this technology being shelfed will allow easy access for the public to treatments such as these.

Another friend (College Roomate) had a HORRIBLE! ACL tear, underwent all kinds of treatments and surgeries just to have less function post healing and eventual relapse of the injury. He used TB500 and BPC 157; he said it is better than it has EVER BEEN, even before the injury and he told me that 2 years after he did it when we were living together in college dorms.

Peptide science was one of the ones I was looking into as well.. I said above somewhere, I just feel like getting these peptides from a reputable source is kind of a gray area.
But I’m at the point now where I don’t even care I’m willing to just give it a shot.

You will be very surprised man. Even topical formulations that you can find on Amazon are legitimate. Also, you'll be very surprised how well this works, I was amazed. For Example, I had some light scarring from puberty related skin issues in the past as well as scarring from road rash in a motorcycle accident; Ghk Cu made it disappear, skin is better than ever.

I’ve been in multiple motorcycle accidents and the elbow that I’m dealing with the worst has a big scar on it from road rash and I’m sure scar tissue.
and I haven’t heard of Ghk cu. I’ll look it up.

It depends on how much you are using. If 1mg per day, then if it is 10mg total then 10 days worth. I'd do them everyday but I'd start low and work up. Like I said the thing about tolerance to it. I use 200mcg Ghk, 400mcg BPC/400mcg TB so you don't necessarily need crazy dosages.

Seeing Great Improvement as of now. All of the sensitivity has gone away, having some lingering HF symptoms but that crazy contraction I was getting as well as the nerve sensitivity as well has disappeared completely! I'm still getting the HF symptoms without really the severity of what it was up front. Can still get erections just fine no pain/sensitivity when it comes to finishing or achieving. Blood flow is not 100% Quite yet but has improved MASSIVELY. I have still been using ALA, B12, Magnesium, Citrulline, Eating 140g Protein Per Day. I stopped the peptides a week ago for a break and going to start them again after the break from them with 500mcg BPC157. I have started massaging my member again, keeping heated blanket on it at night as well. I have about 50 days worth of BPC left so I'd imagine by around the time I'm done with that I'll be close to 99% percent there.


Likely going to continue with these Supplements Indefinitely due to the benefit I've noticed on them. Was going to start with very light pumping like 4mmhg for 5 mins starting out and progress from there to get to 10 mins at 5mmgh. I was going to add in SSJ after I'm reconditioned and feel confident that I can take that. I was looking into sleeving and using rings however as the next step from there and using an ADS. I was looking at this almost like a long term way to go about it. I'm in no hurry to make gains; It doesn't matter if it take 5 years of consistent work because at the end of the day, once i have it... Especially after 5 years of consistency; it ain't going anywhere lol.

What do y'all think of this:

To optimize the HF decrease of systemic reoccurrence, my suggestion is to replace the 45 to 60 minutes ring wearing and provide a bit of free time for a 30 minutes light C-jelq session with warm oil or warm liquid Vit E. They call this with many names such angion genesis, angio metastasis, blood pressure promoter, etc.

Thing is how long do i wait to up the intensity of the pumping?

If you sense it healed, and know it's healed, let's go up to 0.5 inHg higher on the second and third sets while being very weary. Do this for one week and report back every two days. Report every details you observe, be of pain, gain, or changes. Leave now detail out.

Correct. Each penis is vastly different. Some can start gaining as high as 5inHg. Some needs as high as 14inHg. It's all based on various skin conditions a person may have, and how their bodies are responding to external changes that requires their bodies to adopt. We cannot vouch one person's routines to meet 100%. This is why we always mention about customization for the routines.

You are not. You are safely monitoring your progresses to growth with safety in mind. This is highly recommended from all veterans in this forum.
