Repeated Question

OK I know this question has been asked before hell I've even asked a similar question but it had to do with my glands not the ligs or whatever it was. The infamous lig pop.
Now just an insight on what I was doing. On my length routine one of
my exercises is I will reach behind thru the legs and grab my dick close to the head gathering up as much skin as I can to give extra cushion on the point of grip. I will then squat down with knees pointing out side ways, I then pull down as hard as I can then I pull my dick behind my butt cheek again pulling as hard as I can and while holding it there I will stand straight up and arch my back again pull as hard as I can stand and while holding that position I'll do a ten count then repeat every step again 5 times with each hand all the while pulling even harder with each time. This gives me a great stretch.
OK now back to the question. This morning while doing this exercise while pulling down in the squat position it felt like I just pulled my dick out of socket(I know, it's not really a socket). It didn't really pop it just felt like something let go and it didn't really hurt just felt weird as hell. I was about 3/4 of the way through my whole routine but after that happened it really kinda f'd up the rest of the routine because I as afraid to really pull it any harder. The feeling is really hard to explain just felt weird. So my question is is that a lig "pop" even though it didn't pop and should I continue my routine with same force or just back off for that session or even quit that session. I've had this same feeling before but it was at the head. Again not a popping sound just like a release. Kinda like if you pull your finger hard enough you can see and feel it pulling away from the knuckle but just a little more weird feeling. Any I guess that's it. Thanks.

A lig pop does not need to be audible, it can just be a feeling of the log slipping off the pelvic bone with no noise, this sound like what you have experienced. I get the same thing with no Pop, simply the feeling of it piping out of place. As long as there is no pain you can continue on.

Even if there's no pain does it mean I went a little to hard on the intensity and if not do you know why it'll release like that sometimes and not others?

I'd say you're doing just right on your intensity, keep it up and test your limits carefully and you should see some gains out of these pops.

It depends on where the ligament rests, if it gets lodged between the pubic bone it will cause a release feeling but it may not rest there all the time.

I had this happen while doing resistant band side stretched with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]...when i turned to face the other side i got this weird "pop" like feeling. like you, no pain just weird. I continued and was just more careful when turning from side to side and nothing ever came up that was negative.

and also i hadn't seen this posted before so always good to bring up an old topic if it it new to you and you cant find the thread

I have a similar issue with my neck, it will click in and out at certain stretch points, no noise just a click.
