Have been using the constrictor for 2 weeks now. I do a warm-up and after around 30 minutes of stretching with the
length master, I start with this:
5 minutes of pumping with penis pump (full erection)
5 minutes of constrictors and doing some small bends and
SSJ.
I do this 3 times, so 30 minutes in total and then wear a
cock ring for as long as possible.
Even after many hours after the exercises, and having removed the
cock ring my penis is massive.
Want to try this routine for 2 months and see what it will do for my girth.
