Red's Squat Stretch...

If you guys have never tried this, you should. I have been using this after my sessions, usually finish by doing right, left, and in the middle 30 seconds to a minute each. I do it three times, meaning I stand up and rest for 25 seconds to a minute. This is to finish off my sessions and it causes tremendous lig burns like I've never had before, I can feel the ligs coming away from the pubic bone during the stretch, or at least that's how it feels. I pull down towards the floor and back towards my butt, more like a 35 degree angle from the pubic bone. This is a good way to end a session if you want to "feel" the work, and you get to make your legs stronger and improve endurcance while you're at it.....
 
I read this thread a little while ago and immediately went to the "collection of exercises" sticky to look it up (listening Alrdybig??). Well it's a miserable day so I went over to the tanning place for a few minutes. I was done and about to put my clothes on when I thought what the hell, all warmed up, did some bundled stretches while I was tanning why not try this squat thing. Two hands near the base, firm grip and squat the "SNAP!!!" My first lig pop and it scared the shit out of me, I let out a whelp like a little school girl. I have read enough about them so I knew I was okay but after 6 months of yanking the crap out of my unit this was the first lig pop. Thanks million, I found another keeper for a while.
 
I'm glad that this little method has helped.
I have gained from it, this exercise also gave me my first lig pops.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
