I bought one of these a while ago www.hollywoodbeautysecrets.com with the intention of getting rid of acne scars.
It works great on wrinkles for older people although I don't need this yet if you goggle images "red light therapy" you can find awesome results from using better systems than this one.

I'm currently using it on my penis I have some scar tissue from injections on the top of my penis it's feeling better already.This could be a great Penis Enlargement tool

I'm doing 2x 17 min sessions a day.
