Hi guys this is my first time posting and firstly I’d like to say what a fantastic job you are doing for us men to make us all feel better about ourselves in an area that we all thought was impossible.

I am athletic build fit and healthy diet train 4 times a week 178lb. 5’9


Now so I’ve been playing around with PE since October ish but I didn’t find this page until a few month ago… first I just started wearing a Paholosan Forte for 4-6 hours a day with some small gains but then I started learning about manual stretching first then bundles then wearing the Phslosan… but now I’m going for girth with the MghtyVac pump and have been for 3 months with some results … it sounds like I’m all over the place at the moment.

Anyway I’m developing red spots and dark bruising even if I’m not pumping too hard.. I do the 5x5x3 but the spots can appear even during my SSJ and it’s putting me off a bit…. As I had a 3 day break and my skin is darkened where the spots are I’m just wondering why this might be happening..?

So I start with manual stretches warm up… pulling all directions and be hind the cheeks

The bundles in all directions

Then cock ring on and SSJ 5min

Then pump 7inHg for 5min and repeat 3 times

Then cock ring from 30-40 minutes with some jellying and playing to keep it extra full..

So basically sometime I do pump up to 12 inHg only because my cock will grow to what I see as my perfect size so I’m my head I’m thinking “I need to keep it at the size I want”

Basically I’m wondering if the size I see at 12inHg will be a realistic size to achieve..?

BPFSL is 8 14/16”
BPEL 8 1/4
EG is 5 3/4”

But during the pump I almost 9 in the tube

After pumping with my ring on

BPEL 8 1/2”
EG 6 1/4”

I have full faith in the process as I have seen some gains but I’m getting a bit lost.

Basically my goal would be normal errecton with no ring or pulping

BPEL 9
El 6 1/4

Indeed, you're all over the place without a specific routines. If you have a routine you follow, let us know. Otherwise, all we can see is, wear the extender, pump and do some light stretching. A routine flow will give you a much better attack on the tissues for growth rather than the segmentary routines that only provide you a sliver of the benefits.

The "not pumping too hard" for you in comparing to the rest of us may be "too hard" for your own penis that has not been conditioned properly at the moment. I see the reason why down below.

Your pressure is way too high, and way too fast. I know you started your PE journey back in October, and pumping for the last 3 months. 3 months period normally doesn't go from 5inHg to 7inHg without some form of bruising as you are going pass 2x the expansion of the internal pressure. You may not see the 7inHg as significant, but on the inside, your penis is already screaming at you with the statement, "Aiiiyyy!!! Capt'n!! It can't hold it any more!!" (Treky humor).

Suggestion, remain with the 5x5x3, reduce your pressure down to 5inHg as the starting pressure on the first set, 6inHg for the second set, and down to 5inHg on the third set. Do that for one week to see if there's no bruising. If there's no bruising for one week, start wit 5inHg, up to 6inHg for 30 seconds and creep to 7inHg for 30 seconds, then back to 6inHg, and back and forth until you use up all 5 minutes. 3rd set, stay at between 5inHg and 6inHg alternatively every 30 seconds. This is pre-conditioning as you go up. Monitor for bruising. If you see bruising, reduce the pressure back to 6inHg to 6.5inHg for two weeks on the second set.

Hope you see the pattern.

The worst thing you can ever do to yourself. This is how brothers break their penises. If you are not preconditioned to go high, and you surpass the safety zone of 10inHg, you're entering into the black magic growth zone with your penis's health on the line. You're basically gambling for a chance of a "fast" growth, with 90% not in your favor. 10% is pure luck.

You will slowly work yourself up and pass the 10inHg to get the ultimate growth. If you're desperate, that growth will be your damages instead. Don't follow those who tell you to hard and heavy. The harder and heavier you go, the faster you will hit a plateau and quicker you can damage your penis. Your call of course.

We lost count of how many brothers coming in screaming they botched up by following desperate measures.

And your Treky humour is class.

I have been going too hard and unlike a muscle in your body which you can push through the pain this is not the same. I’ve had my whol life of training when it’s “pain and gain” but obviously this is different…

So that stops right now and I will do as you have instructed above. I’ll have a day or 2 off then start again..

That is basically my routine

Manual stretching

Then 5x5x3 (too high too soon)

Then ring for a bit.

But now I will drop to 5inHg


I have stopped wearing the extender all together now as my job makes it tough…but maybe wearing it for a few hours after my pumping is done but I’ve also read on here that 4hours before pumping can help (not as hard as I can go but around 1200g pull strength)..??

I have read and understood everything you have said about the dangers and I will excute my new route with a differnt mind set.

Oh I forgot to answer… I have zero medical conditions and I’m medically tested 6 monthly to keep my job…apart from. Bit of dry skin on my face when I drink too much sweet cider or wine.

Soft tissues are a bit more sensitive and less responsive in telling where it actually hurt than the hard muscles throughout your body. This is why females doing modification to their soft tissues tend to suffer odd adverse reactions (breasts, belly, butt) because the information feedback is not as accurate as we want. For the penis, it's quite unique, so, we can get a better sense of where it's at, most of the time. However, we still have to be extremely cautions and not abuse the thing to death.

So that stops right now and I will do as you have instructed above. I’ll have a day or 2 off then start again..

Good to know you are wise in PE. Most pushed through. Once you're rested, come back, and we'll start fresh.

That is basically my routine

Manual stretching

Then 5x5x3 (too high too soon)

Then ring for a bit.

But now I will drop to 5inHg

Once you come back, start with that routine for two weeks, and deviate by the 0.5inHg up and down between 6inHg and 7inHg for the high pressure for now. Observe, note, and log. I'll migrate his post into the Routines and Progress page for you so we can keep track from here on out under this log.

Yes. 4 hours is a miminum, and after is fine. However, don't wear it over night. I know the lost of the time, but use proper loose wrapping (combo with sleeve, TheraBand, and flexible bandage), and you can wrap comfortably all night. That provide around 600g to 900g of traction. More than enough for continuous growth promotion.

Got it. Dry skin on your face can equate to dry skin during intense length expression/stretching and pumping (especially with water). Stay hydrated at all time. If you need to, add sufficient amount of quick hydration every other day to keep your chloride level up. Sodium may be bad for your body in excess, but in a healthy body, it's not. I like to use bulk Dr. Berg and Micro Ingredients electrolyte powders when they are on sale. Yep. I buy things in bulk for cost saving. No need to spend on invidual packages. You might benefit it as you are much more fit and younger than I am.

Never say never! You don't have to pump at work, unless work is literally your place of residence like a few brothers here. If you do have private quality time at home, pump at home, and still pump at work. Break the pumping period to 10 minutes at work (5 minutes per pumping repetition only), and more quality time at home with 5x5x3 full routine. Take advantage of the SSJ for internal expansion.

I work offshore for a month and struggle to get the privacy but dry pumping in my bunk is manageable so I’ll do my very best but I can manage every day while at work… shall I put a ring on for the ash or is that too much pressure again..?

You can still use the ring after the pumping routine, or a long as you want, as long as there's not bruising. Remember, the ring is a "restrictive" device and never use it as a "constrictive" device. If there is bruising, do not use the ring. Allow the blood to flow nominally to get rid of the bruising. Jelq to expedite the removal of the bruising.
