You can use anything you want.What I find best is vaseline. It's a pain in the ass to clean up, but it gives you such endurance and longevity throughout the workout. Vaseline, for me, has much more drag, then say baby oil, which is extremely slippery. If using Vaseline, simply use a paper towel to clean up as much of it as you can and as a warm down, you can. Yeah, use warm water and soap to clean the affected area.
