Recommend an extender and hanger for uncircumcised penis

I don't know if there is any device like that. Buy the length master instead and use it for 40 minutes daily doing two 20 minutes session. That should give you all the needed gains.

The SiliStretcher is the best extender out there and it works for cut or uncut penises
