Well I did 3 sets of 100 s2s stretches in my bathmate like normal this morning but I got reallly bad fluid retention in the head and glands of my penis. I didnt think I was doing it any harder or longer than normal but obv I did. So I will be taking a break until everything gets back to normal. Sucks because after 1.5 weeks I was really seeing lower hang and confidence built up high. A girl is supposed to come over tonight too but nothing is going to happen now....

ugh, hoping for quick recovery. I am think of just light jelqing and kegels to hopefully help healing
 
You should really be using the 5×5×3 so you do not end up with all this water retention.
 
Been off PE for a few days. My hydropump was having trouble with suction so I took have comfort pad like others had suggested. That was a mistake it hurts like hell now. I think I figured out how to use vacuum ADS now and have started hanging 6 lbs today. I have 2.5lbs but literally felt nothing. Really dont feel anything at 6lbs either but staying here for a week before I move up in weight.

ouch, sorry that hurt so bad so many people do not use the comfort pad and I never hear about this so I’m so sorry. What trouble are you having when you do use the comfort pad?

Today I am really sore and tired from working out and getting back into skateboarding, so I did not do an extensive workout like normal. I fixed a hot bath warmed up and did 30minutes of bathmate pumping. 3 sets of 10min, removing pump in between sets to helicopter. Since day 1 I have noticed flacid hang is bigger, thicker and longer and I feel good. In the bathmate when started a few days ago I could only reach the “14” mark before it started to hurt. Today I was able to reach “16”. I dont think this is necessarily gains but just my dick is conditioning to get to the point I can start hardcore gaining. If that makes sense LOL.

I have trouble with it too but I’ve gritted my teeth and got on with it...I think I was just trying to get too much to after our and was a bit too vigorous with the pumping action, to the detriment of my poor pubic bone...the vin vac has resolved this issue...I am coming out with a crinkle cut base now but it’s not much of a problem. I know it’s not doing me any harm as long as I’m not in fir too long, and it suggests that I’m filling the bellows (I’ve removed the comfort insert.).
