Please go ahead to share. I believe so many people are reading your post. It is going to be helpful to many people here.
So as I had mentioned in my previous post, I am a grower and this makes using an extender a little bit challenging. I 100% believe that in order to achieve ANY results when using an extender, your penis needs to under some tension AFTER it's stretched out to it's maximum flaccid streched length.
This was a significant challenge for me because it takes about 15 minutes of pulling/tension for my penis to fully stretch to it maximum. The tension rods can be unscrewed from the base a maximum of 1" (25mm), but even that wasn't enough for me to have tension on my penis after it was stretched to it's maximum.
My solution was to remove the glans support from the tension rods so that I could stap my penis to the glans support FIRST and then fit the glans support back on to the tension rods. This solved two problems I was having:
a. Trying to compress the tension rods while simultaneously trying to stretch my penis AND get it strapped to the glans support
b. not being able to stretch my penis sufficiently to have any meaningful tension applied to it
In order to make this work though, I had to modify the glans support slightly. The tension rods slide into the glans support about 1.5" (38mm), but this is too much to try and stretch my penis when fitting the glans support back on to the tension rods. My solution was to cut away about 1/2 of the pockets that the tension rods slide into. By doing this I only have to stretch my penis about 3/4" (19mm) when fitting the glans support back on to the tension rods. This allows me to get a good initial stretch on my penis.
Here you can see how I cut away the pocket and how it gets fit on to the tension rods.
