I'm a few weeks in with the lengthmaster and I'm finally getting the hang of it. I'm feeling the stretch where I think I should, and I want to make sure I'm doing everything possible to hang on to any gains I might make with it.
I'm using my ADS after stretching, but reading through SRT again, I'm reconsidering getting a pump. In a month or so I think I'm going with the bathmate hydro max 7 wide.
I know pumping is for girth gains, but will it also help with length gains since my ligament is getting stretched with the lengthmaster? If I can only commit to 15-20 min instead of a full 30 for the 5x5x3 is that better than nothing, or is it only advised to do the full 30? Kind of like scaling the volume of the workout, I know full sets is best but there might be some gains to be had with say 3x3x3? Or would 5x5x2 be better?
Also, what exactly is erect stretching? I see it a few times in the SRT write up but I still don't know what it is or how to do it.
Just making sure I'm using every tool available.
Thanks dudes.
