First of all, welcome to the brotherhood, brother.
Now, time to clear out some misconceptions and lack of foresight when it comes to pumping.
I have a few questions about water pumps and
bathmate. Can you fully equate to
bathmate just using an air pump with water (I have one and have had a few air pumps that say waterproof on the box so I use with water but only let them get around half way full to be on the safe side) can this work or are
bathmate better due to that plunging mechanism they use?
First, when it comes to water pumping, the water must be completely removed of any air bubbles. With air bubbles, the system becomes "hot". That means the pressure is not properly adjusted to ensure water being used to prevent hot spots around the penile shaft from forming. Hot spots are air pressure pockets causing your skin to inflate improperly. There are many posts on this if you like to read up on them.
In terms of
Bathmate, it's a convention system. However, it's also a dangerous system. You don't know the pressures you are working with. Without knowing the pressures, you are going by feels. Feels is like waking in the dark and you may accidentally hit something which will cause you injuries. Too many brothers suffered through this "feels" approach.
Also people say the
hydro max ones are the best but those have a normal hose also so I'm very confused on if I should shell out $200ish on a
hydro max bathmate or just keep using waterproof air pumps I pay $55-85 for with water. And the second question is why does the
bathmate hose shoot the water out does this make it better than if it didn't better than just a normal water proof squeeze bulb?
As brother huge-girth said, the model you are looking for is the HydroXtrme. I reality, all models have an aftermarket pulp pump. This is the saving grace of
Bathmate. Simple
cylinder pumpong using just the gaiter baffles doesn't generate the pressures you are looking for. The pulp pump is the crucial add-on for the pump. On top of that, the gauge must be installed. It's a mod. We have that mod method too if you want to read up on it.
My next questions are can you use a water pump to equate stretching for length gains doing the methods some doctors on YouTube say pump and hold it 5-15 minutes repeat? Isn't this stretching?
TYVM for any answers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can use a uniform
cylinder pump like the
MityVac to do length work, but the length work is much more effective using a stretch method than the pump. The pump method is not as effective due to the amount of traction tension you need.
As for doctors on YouTube, this is where you must take in the facts with a bottle of salt, not just a few grains of salt. What work for them doesn't mean it will work for you. If you read through the decades of info here, every type of routines have their functions. Pumping focused on girth. Length works using mechanical assistant work on length. Combination of pumps and length devices help to prevent a see-saw effects of girth and length loss-gain. For those who are in the younger age groups, the combination of girth and length routines will cause their gains to explode with consistent workouts.
If you plan on pumping from 5 to 15 minutes straight, you will only cause your penis to have edema, or fluid build-ups. This is false gains. This is why the
5x5x3 foundational girth program is something you must read up on first and understand why it works. Even the
5x5x3 needs to be fine tuned just for you. Nothing is universal. We are different individually in every ways.
