Questions after circumcision (torn frenulum)

Depending on the device rating, most upper-end devices provide advanced healing compared to the lower-end weaker radiance level. The lower the light travels below the skin layers, the greater the chance the cells receive the benefits from the red light spectrum for the cellular activities.
I have the mosred light so that’s what I’d be using. Do you think this light is high quality enough for this?

Oh wow I got a stapler circumcision they started coming out about 2 weeks and almost all by 4 weeks and doctor removed the rest on followup apt 1 month
Yeah I honestly was so nervous that they weren’t coming out at first. I got dissolvable and then some just come out fully. I saw you posted about massaging the tissue. Does that help? I try just to use paraffin gauze for part of the day and then freeball the rest of day.

Yes. It may be small, but the unit is on par with BioMax 600, but with less LEDs and less surface coverage.

I am massaging the scar but after the staples came out. im not sure what to do with stitches maybe try taking baths and soaking i did that towards the end to help the staples loosen more

If pumping causes skin tensioning that pulls the head down, perform SSJ and jelqs to relax the overall skin tensions. Internal expansion helps to alleviate skin tensions, while pumping maximizes skin stretching. Ease in, and don't go crazy.

Always allow at least 90 days of post-surgery before engaging PE. Commonly, 6 weeks minimum time to have 50% healing. 12 weeks are minimal for expected full healing.

Standard jelqs and light stretching is fine. Think of it as newbie stretches for the new penile conditions to readopts the PE routines ahead. Just very light basic newbie routine, between 30 to 60 minutes a day at at this point. No rigorous PE routines.

RLT is a great way to expedite healing. Combined with very light SRT routine to promote blood flow and basic skin stretching to make your penile tissues pliable. But also add in heat compresses to provide pliability and malleability. Heat compresses should be done every 5 minutes, or in between every few exercises.
Excellent post
A month??? I still have stitches dude you are crazy! Lmao you love the sport. Got to respect it.
Ohh, I thought you already got the stitchers out.Sorry for the misunderstanding
No worries I’m getting worried they are taking too long to come out but they said about 2 months.
Two months is not bad and i'm sure you can do some of the easier passive exercises that do not affect where your stitches are. But if I were you, I would just wait until the stitches.Come out and ease your way back in to PE. Bacitracin it's very helpful in healing much quicker. I used it when I ripped my friendlum and it was incredibly painful.I could do nothing. But I started to use that cream, or should I say ointment?I quickly recovered in a month.

Sounds good I guess I’ll have to draw up a bath all this week?

Yeah I am currently using that but I can’t keep it on because the wrap apparently constricts blood flow

No worries if the staples came out. Just make sure the sites are clean and not infected. Primary focus. You can use VitE to fast track the healing process and soften up the skin to prevent rough skin-connection healing.

Most stitches used for the penile, or any exposed skin layers, are absorbable type. They'll break on their own after around 7 to 14 days. Just remove them from your skin since some part of the thread can remain for months. Just use a twizer and gently remove the leftover segments. Again, keep the stitched sites clean, disinfected, and prevent any kind of infection. Infections will be your worst nightmare.

Thank you again for a great response. I tried to pull them out and they are thoroughly in there, it’s painful to pull. I’m going to try to keep massaging them in with bacitracin and vitamin e. Doc said it’s not an issue till after about 2 months I’m just over 7 weeks 😬
