For me I would like just some help getting to 7.5 x 5.5 I'll be pretty with that.

Got it. My suggestion is push hard to achieve 19.5cm, where girth can be as big as you want. Because of your steel like tunica, once you achieve the length, you can focus on the girth later. Length will be the hardest part of your journey at this moment.
So i would like to gain 0.2 x 0.5 inch of grith + length being at 7.5 none bone pressed would be my dream size
To give context to my original problem. I've developed steel hard and it made it much harder to progress with
weights.
So I've decided I'll go with extending
At this point, it doesn't matter if you use extender or
weight. In this point in time, you need both. Why both? Because you need one system to soften the steel like tunica, and the other system to keep it stretching once the steel like tunica is soften up. BUT, another need is heat, heat, and more heat. Without heat, that tunica will be cooled and retain its steel like structure. When working as an automechanic, shop workers use heat religiously to loose up even the most stubborn steel, beside using impact anvils to loosen things up.
So, in your case, 10 minutes of heat application while stretching. You can use heated rice sock, IR pad with temperature adjustment at 37.5C or so, and perform warm up stretches while the tissues are warmed up.
During your more intense stretches using mechanic assist, like the
Length Master,
weight hanging, or whatever device you can consistently push the traction force at your current and past
weight load, keep the heat on the penis to ensure the tissues remain constantly pliable. When you're
hanging, make sure to rotate your penis in one direction until it cannot rotate any more, and make sure to rotate to the other direction for the same degrees and the same amount of time. If you spend 5 minutes rotated fully to the left, do the same exact rotation angle to the right for 5 minutes. Keep the tissues constantly heated.
In the past, you're using 30lbs to 40lbs, which is insane by the way. That's one way to hit a hard plateau wall real fast. This time around, reduce to 20lbs max, keep the tissues heated, only hang at 20lbs for 20 minutes max. Reduce the total
weight down to 10lbs, or even 7lbs. No need to stay high since your tissues now are stretched to the max.
Slap on the extender right afterwards. Why? While your tissues are still warm, pliable, and malleable from the prior
weight hanging, the extender will exert the tension around 1.4 to 1.7kg (I know it's past the optimal 1.15kg but you are a special condition), and keep it stretched for as long as you can. I know of 3 cases like yours have been successful with this method with prior
hanging up to 50lbs, with similar hard grown issues. One of the case switched over to the LIST device for the past 2 months and is currently testing the new approach.
