Question Is Extending Vs Hanging Better?

hey guys, I have a short question to ask, actually.

I'm considering doing more length work along with girth work.

So here's my deal, I used to hang weights off my dick and managed to reach 7.4 inch None Bone Pressed.

I was hanging around 30-40 lbs off my dick for 1 hour and broke down into smaller sets like 5 minsiates then rest.

So here's what I've done I will now consider extendering and pumping for both girth and length pumping.

Why this method? Because your penis, once the collagen bonds are broken, doesn't need ultra heavy weight to keep it lengthened. This is from scientific and medical points of view. But if you're seeing something different, please do share your knowledge.

I feel like I am very different than others. At one point I was hanging 60 pounds for 3 sessions. I never went light I always went to the max. I trained for about 8 hours of training. I feel like the first place to start with SRT and build on that. For most men I agree with @oldandlively and should follow but if you are someone like me should go hard. My routine is SRT and this still the best way to go.
 
I feel like I am very different than others. At one point I was hanging 60 pounds for 3 sessions. I never went light I always went to the max. I trained for about 8 hours of training. I feel like the first place to start with SRT and build on that. For most men I agree with @oldandlively and should follow but if you are someone like me should go hard. My routine is SRT and this still the best way to go.
8 hour shift on that dick,also was that 60 pounds done with the lengthmaster?

Hey brother, sorry for the late reply. For me, I've managed to reach 7.4 inch None Bone Pressed length before. But, I'm rougly back 7.1-7.3 ish depending the erection quality.

Once I stopped hanging, I managed to keep majority of my length gains, now I'm at 19.5cm BP

Well here's the problem, I was having with hanging weights off my dick, I think i've developed steel cord and it caused gains to slow down majorly. So, I've decided to just switch over to extending for 2-3 hours a day and reach my goal at 7.5x6 or 8x6

My short goal is 7.5x6 I'm already at 7.3ishx5.3-5.4 with a cock ring im 5.4

No matter amount of bundled stretching will soften the tough tunica tissues unless you put in the countless hours like @DLD and @9.5inchpro beside going into intense sessions, and I mean very intense sessions.

Of course, PE has evolved with new age technology. If you want the easy way out, you got the low intensity shockwave therapy (LIST) devices, high oscillatory devices (like 15 to 44 Mhz soundwave generators, or think of very powerful vibrators), and of course, chemical cocktails to induce soft tissue regeneration. These have been implemented in the recent half decades, but there are always risks involved in these technology.

Old techs remain try and true, such as strong spring extender upgrade, where the spring tension is going as high as 10kg (the one set I have and not touched), combined with higher workout using fulcrum base devices (Length Master with harder pull regiment), and keyed in routines that will soften the tissues further. It will place quite a bit of stresses on your penis to over come the tough tissues and tunica.

Let us know your desire of approach.

This is true but not everyone can take. Either you have tough penis and/or worked up to it. I was doing close to 8 hours training hardcore. I had the luxury of working from home and I live alone so it made easier for me but most don't have this situation.

For me I would like just some help getting to 7.5 x 5.5 I'll be pretty with that.

Got it. My suggestion is push hard to achieve 19.5cm, where girth can be as big as you want. Because of your steel like tunica, once you achieve the length, you can focus on the girth later. Length will be the hardest part of your journey at this moment.

At this point, it doesn't matter if you use extender or weight. In this point in time, you need both. Why both? Because you need one system to soften the steel like tunica, and the other system to keep it stretching once the steel like tunica is soften up. BUT, another need is heat, heat, and more heat. Without heat, that tunica will be cooled and retain its steel like structure. When working as an automechanic, shop workers use heat religiously to loose up even the most stubborn steel, beside using impact anvils to loosen things up.

So, in your case, 10 minutes of heat application while stretching. You can use heated rice sock, IR pad with temperature adjustment at 37.5C or so, and perform warm up stretches while the tissues are warmed up.

During your more intense stretches using mechanic assist, like the Length Master, weight hanging, or whatever device you can consistently push the traction force at your current and past weight load, keep the heat on the penis to ensure the tissues remain constantly pliable. When you're hanging, make sure to rotate your penis in one direction until it cannot rotate any more, and make sure to rotate to the other direction for the same degrees and the same amount of time. If you spend 5 minutes rotated fully to the left, do the same exact rotation angle to the right for 5 minutes. Keep the tissues constantly heated.

In the past, you're using 30lbs to 40lbs, which is insane by the way. That's one way to hit a hard plateau wall real fast. This time around, reduce to 20lbs max, keep the tissues heated, only hang at 20lbs for 20 minutes max. Reduce the total weight down to 10lbs, or even 7lbs. No need to stay high since your tissues now are stretched to the max.

Slap on the extender right afterwards. Why? While your tissues are still warm, pliable, and malleable from the prior weight hanging, the extender will exert the tension around 1.4 to 1.7kg (I know it's past the optimal 1.15kg but you are a special condition), and keep it stretched for as long as you can. I know of 3 cases like yours have been successful with this method with prior hanging up to 50lbs, with similar hard grown issues. One of the case switched over to the LIST device for the past 2 months and is currently testing the new approach.
