Hello, I bought a pump, but it does not have a pressure gauge, due to the difficulty in obtaining it in my area. Are there instructions that I can follow? For example, should the pressure be strong but tolerable, or should the pressure be low, normal, and for long periods?
Also, I train every day for an hour in 5 sessions
Do I need a day off? I care about the diameter and growth more than the length, in addition to that I suffer from varicocele. Is there anyone who shares the same thing with me?

You want to pump with a solid routine in mind. I suggest using SRT 5X5X3 and take on a schedule of 5 on 2 off

If You Want To Add A Pressure Gauge To Any Pump All You Need Is A T Connector And Some Extra Tubing Here Is A Pic Of What I Mean
You Can Disregard The Water Trap In The Picture

Ohhh I see! I got my bathmate in 2017 so I don't believe they had that option yet. It seems like it'd be super helpful as my model is a bit tricky to get to a comfortable pressure without going overboard.
Indeed. But personally I could feel in my penis if I had to high pressure or not. Going to take up girthwork soon, with HydroXtreme 9.

I would actually compare going full pressure, as in no more water coming out, in the Bathmate to going up to around 15hg+ in the MityVac. It’s because of years on and off using the Bathmate that I can handle higher pressure, I suspect.
