hey red how's it going , a little while ago i had some questions about erect stretches and you directed me towards your cts thread , wich i read and it was great! lol
i started doing clamped erect stretches like you said and i instantly felt the intensity that it brings.
unfortunetly i broke my pinky knuckle so i had to stop for a bit but i cut of my cast and im getting pretty good mobility so i think itas time to start clamped erect stretches again!
the question i have i about how hard i should pull and for how long,
you see i read this one thread that compared pe to the plastic deformation of other ligaments in the body, and bassicaly what it had said was to plasticaly deform or (permanently lengthen) the ligament
it accutaly takes a medium intesity of pulling ,but for a longer period of time !
so i was wondering since im erect would it require a higher intensity of pull for a long period of time or should i continue pulling lightly ?
right now i increased my time from 30sec to 1 minute each direction!
