Hey DLD, what's up man, I'm curious about your first routine you posted in the newbie forum. Did you modify it along the way to gain 2 inches? I read that you stuck with it for about 6 months. In retrospect, would you have continued with your first routine for half a year or moved on to the more advanced exercises you know now?
