Putting together the Fast Size Extender?

The head part is loose and it wont stick? I applied pressure and nothing happens it is still loose and comes off as soon as i tilt the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], is it supposed to be like this?

Damn, I was about to order one of these, doesn't an instuctional [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] or directipons come with the basic packaage? That would be pretty fucking stupid if it didn't.

well everything is fixed.. I'm stretching as of today.. One of my bars came oxidized i called fastsize and they are sending me 2 new sets of bars no questions asked.
