purple spot on shaft

Just got a purple spot from manuel stretching and I remember reading on a different forum to stop for a couple of days. I wanted to hear from you guys what you think and if I should just keep at Penis Enlargement will it go away or will it only go away with a break?
 
I work through it an for the most part it goes away on it's own but this is only when the spot(s) are flat and consistent with bruising or broken capillaries. If the spot(s) are raised like a pimple, blister, etc. time off will be needed. To be honest, the only thing that made me take a break is when I tore my frenulum and was forced to take almost a month off.
