progress log

by the way i noticed that the bars on my extender move sometimes and sometimes they don't stay at the mark i don't know if you guys understand what i am saying but i feel the stretch if i screw too much is everything OK once i am feeling the stretch. ill just show you.

I wouldn't say its a problem. I recall using a SG years ago, and had this issue, but it still held the tension. It could be a design issue, and that part just doesn't hold as well with time.

So long as the tension is present, and it doesn't start getting loose, you should be fine.

Hey what do you guys know about Blue green algae and what do you guy know about L arginine and do you think it would be smart to add o my workout?

i found out what was the problem i was suppose to compress first and then the tension line would stay on the desired one and i would just adjust with screws i understand everything is perfect now.

Awesome I was going to tell you that the base screws are cross threaded so they do turn in the opposite direction of what you would expect

20 days and counting this is getting exciting! And less than three weeks you’re going to see awesome results, I just know it.
