Let’s stick with the hour in your extender, if you can find more time work it in.
Stretching Routine:
Before any routine whether it is
length or girth it is vital to get in a set of
Bundled Stretches . These should be done for 5-10 minutes before every workout. This will pre-
stretch the Tunica allowing for much better elongation and expansion.

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Stretches : 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Stretches : 25-Cranks
Finish with one set of DLD Blasters.
Use your extender for as long as your schedule allows. This does not even need to be that intense it just needs to hold you in an elongated state as you heal from your stretching session, an hour is fine.
For Girth I suggest you use the SlowSquashJelq instead of the normal jelq because it gives so much more expansion. And instead of doing 300 Jelqs you can simply do 15 to 20 minutes of the SSJs. The reason this exercise is so much better is because it is a closed and exercise. What that means is you were trapping blood from the base of the penis and from just below the head and you’re using compression to push or squash this tissue together. No blood can leave the penis because your trapping it at both ends opposed to a normal jelq where there is no dual grip, much of the blood is lost from the stroke to stroke making it not very efficient.
Definitely continue to do the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch that’s one of the best things you can do to increase your flaccid gang.
During the day get in the habit of doing Kegels as much is possible. You can do them at anytime whether it’s in class or at work or when you’re driving, etc. The benefit of these is they will strengthen your pelvic floor muscles giving you much harder erections which will give you a larger maximum size. But as your penis becomes larger you want to have better blood flow and the ability to keep that blood in the penis and that has everything to do with strong pelvic floor muscles.
