Of course you will still gain, I did upward stretches manually for a while also. I just found that I did not have enough strength to pull the penis upward enough to cause it to grow. So I don’t recommend you stop doing them but I do recommend that you do many other stretches in addition to this one to be sure you’re getting gains from every angle. The newbie routine stretches are perfect as they hit every conceivable angle.

day 20 finished and i have on an extender first time wearing it since i bought it .

How should i go at this should i do a hour for the first day? and add minutes each day until i am stretching for 8 hours each day? by the way sorry to disappoint but its x4 labs could not afford size genetics

Because i think if in total for the day you average ""6 sets of stretches"" and ""1200 jelqs"" for six months you are going to gain fast and then adding in an extender.

How did I do it? I was a PE psycho! I trained all day every day in some form or another. I also did things that other people refuse to do like erect work. At all times that I wasn’t training I was either extending or using heat to heal. My story is somewhere online here, I have to dig through the files to find it, but it’s here somewhere.

Thanks for your updates again but you know what I like to see also is your remarks about how things are going and if you’re running into any problems. And if you could just list what you’re doing for exercises if you’ve changed it. You’re so consistent I just want to make sure you’re also making the best gains you can.
 
well what i started doing is doubling the sessions so its the same routine but on some days i go up to 1600 jelqs total for the day. i think it is just two days out of the week i do that and the other days i average 1200, though but i don't wear the extender for more than two hours unless its on weekend because i do alot of moving up and down in my work so i cant really wear it until i am home. it is only on weekends that i go longer hoping to go up to six though. so far harder erections and a little growth but not measuring until siz months are up or so.

Thanks for the specifics! Your length work is strictly the extender? You may want to rework that to include some important primary stretches. If you have the time I can write you a custom routine. Let me know what kind of time and privacy you have.
 
so my schedule is like this. I need 7 hours a sleep right but i am not getting that and on top of that i have to train for soccer matches and i work, also i can't where the extender at work because i am constantly up and down and i am not use to it yet, also I coach soccer.

So normally i go to bed at 11 pm which is bad:(. Then i wake up at 6:00 or 6:30 and by that time my mom is up in the kitchen " if i could just get into the kitchen by 4 am"and i can't try to squeeze in a morning session which would look like:
warm up
2 sets of stretches
600 jelqs
warm down
and then 1 hour in the extender before work.

work starts at 8:30 so i would iron when i get up at 6:00 or 6:30. Then deal with my animals and get breakfast and be out by 8:30 am and then work finishes at 3 pm and i then train some kids until 5 pm then I go home.
And dinner is normally late "by the way i am a teacher assistant" and then i would want to get a session started by 9:00 pm which would include:
warm up
2 sets of stretches
300 jelqs
testicle health massage
warm down
and 1 hour extended

"SO YOU SEE MY PROBLEM AND THE BIGGEST ONE IS HOW DO I GET TIME NOW TO TRAIN FOR SOCCER CAUSE I NEED MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM 3 HOURS A DAY"

so if i could just get a custom routine i would really appreciate that " need 7 hours a sleep minimum"

Let’s stick with the hour in your extender, if you can find more time work it in.

Stretching Routine:
Before any routine whether it is length or girth it is vital to get in a set of Bundled Stretches . These should be done for 5-10 minutes before every workout. This will pre-stretch the Tunica allowing for much better elongation and expansion.

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Finish with one set of DLD Blasters.

Use your extender for as long as your schedule allows. This does not even need to be that intense it just needs to hold you in an elongated state as you heal from your stretching session, an hour is fine.

For Girth I suggest you use the SlowSquashJelq instead of the normal jelq because it gives so much more expansion. And instead of doing 300 Jelqs you can simply do 15 to 20 minutes of the SSJs. The reason this exercise is so much better is because it is a closed and exercise. What that means is you were trapping blood from the base of the penis and from just below the head and you’re using compression to push or squash this tissue together. No blood can leave the penis because your trapping it at both ends opposed to a normal jelq where there is no dual grip, much of the blood is lost from the stroke to stroke making it not very efficient.

Definitely continue to do the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch that’s one of the best things you can do to increase your flaccid gang.

During the day get in the habit of doing Kegels as much is possible. You can do them at anytime whether it’s in class or at work or when you’re driving, etc. The benefit of these is they will strengthen your pelvic floor muscles giving you much harder erections which will give you a larger maximum size. But as your penis becomes larger you want to have better blood flow and the ability to keep that blood in the penis and that has everything to do with strong pelvic floor muscles.
