Dave, what I’d like to see you do in this thread is to give us all of your beginning measurements. And then give us your final goals. And then if you could write out what you’re doing for a routine so we can help critique that would be very helpful. Take your time but get it done because this information is going to be invaluable in the future

This is a very good starting routine it looks very similar to the newbie routine. You should make some very quick newbie games on this routine. I would add three more exercises to help you gain from different angles. Here are the three exercises and how long you should do them. Before your workouts get in Bundled stretches, five minutes worth, 2 1/2 minutes to the left and 2 1/2 minutes to the right. This will help pre-stretch year Tunica allowing it to except much more size. I would also like you to get in five minutes of expressive stretching, this is very easily done your script your penis at the very extreme base and stretch out from there. This will access internal penis. Last I would like to see you get in erect stretches once a week for 10 minutes. Do you erect stretches help to cement length gains.
 
these are my pictures before but i will take one with the ruler and post tomorrow. Nnone bone press 6 and half inches and bone pressed 7 and half inches and i have 5 and half inches erect girth. not that bad although i have a feeling i might be five inches or something.(confused)
 
you know whats funny i do all the stretches you just mentioned before i warm up and i also the expressive stretch. before i finish every session i squeeze my penis about 10 times and hold for 15 seconds or 20 and i stretch erect.

You already have a great looking penis, thanks for the pictures. That one where you can see your stove in the background makes your dick look like it’s 5 feet long LOL. It’s good to add measured pictures also so when you post new pictures of yourself being larger they can be compared to the old measurement pictures. Don’t be shy you have a great looking unit
 
you're an inch+ larger than my beginning point which gives you a nice head-start to your end goal. Is there a particular number you're hoping to achieve? What responses have you received from current/past partners and what brought you to MOS?
Good looking routine (and think about adding a Bathmate X40 to super-charge your gains)
 
yh i was thinking about the x40 but have to save for that. maybe summer. the extender is in miami and won't arrive in jamaica until maybe tomorrow and then customs has to clear it so maybe next week.

and if your wondering yes it was hard to do and hold a camera and stay erect. I have no idea how they do it in adult entertainment POV. I am fighting a curve but the extender will fix that when i get it Gods will along the way.
 
Great posts @DaveedBeckham... you are on the right track, and by following the Newbie routine and then SRT, you will grow the monster you desire. By the way, your starting point is close to where I want to GET TO (7.5 x 5.5). That girl who said you were small is out of her mind! some how the jelqing is tiresome but you have to push through. It was a good session though

You’ll get used to it and pretty soon you can move into the SSJ which is a lot more fun and give so much more expansion. But for now, as you said, push through it and keep your eyes on the goal.
 
X40 You don’t want to have to upgrade your pump as you get bigger so I suggest going with the X40. If you add a wine vacuum you will not lose any intensity between the 30 and the 40. And doing it this way you’ll save yourself a lot of money.
 
You’re being very consistent and that’s what this is all about. Did you keep working hard consistently every day you’ll make your dreams come true. That’s exactly what I did! I wanted a bigger dick and I did whatever the fuck I had to do to get it!

There is no size you can achieve that will prevent a woman from telling you you're small. She could say the same thing to Mandingo if she wants to hurt his feelings... and some part of his brain might even believe it. :) That's why it's important to think about the mental aspects of PE as well. How your body is, and how you perceive your body to be, are two different things!

Excellent! Staying consistent is one essential key to gains!

Was it sharp pain? Do your best to avoid sharp pain. Dull ache and discomfort are a "price" for making gains.

but i realise if you push the extender down it gives you a better stretch due to gravity

You always get a better stretch stretching downward. Stretching upward really requires a Lengthmaster to get any kind of good stretch out of it. The hands or an extender are not strong enough to even effect upward stretching. Upward stretching goes completely to your Tunica and this is a very effective way of stretching your Tunica, but as I said the only way to do this with great effect is with the Lengthmaster.
