Read something where a guy claimed a simple 20$ modification can be made to any pump to alter it into a priapism pump. Has anyone heard of this ?

MoS offers a lot of information for free. 
I've used few different search engines now and still can't find a link to a book or anything quite relevant. That's what makes me question this thing highly. And 80 USD for information ... Even the MoS Membership page was less than that!
Always good to make conversation though. I'll stick to my current pumps and using the Silisleeves or Durosleeves for uniform gain transfer.

I'm sorry to say, but its bullshit. Just the old repetitive mantra displayed with attractive imagery, and catchy quotes. Its a normal pump, the seller has tried to remain original and come over as selling something rather new and special.

I do have the pria-pump product. It is actually very cool. I would go as far as saying that this is a game changer for penis pumping.

it is delicate without breaching his IP. It is small alteration that you can do to any type of pump (dry or wet). The required material cost roughly $20 and what it does is that it almost fully eliminate fluid buildup. Which makes it possible to emulate a priapism event with very long pumping sessions with close to no edema and only pure erection.
Is it condom pumping or a similar method? Only thing i can think of. I wish he would share openly instead of putting behind a paywall.
It sounded to good to be true but now that I have reassurance from someone in this community I'll buy the guide whenever I have funds available. Thanks for the input brother.

I can only judge from what I SEE, and already KNOW, from my own EXPERIENCES.
The question I pose is simple. With his secret, what stops any company from reading it, taking it, using it in a product, selling it on? I dont think he will have patents across the globe, the US patent doesn't cover the globe, so he will lose eventually if its true what he writes, unless he had patents in all corners of the globe to cover his secret.
This is why I figure its too good to be true.

I've been doing PE for roughly 2 years and have gained 2 inches in length doing manuals. I haven't tried this pumping method yet, made this thread to see if anyone has heard of it or tried it. My current routine can be found under my thread, "length breaking plateue routine"
From what I've heard condom pumping is a way to reduce edema. I thought it could have been a part of this pria pump design. No one knows expect people who have bought the guide.
I never said I used it and that it works, not sure where you got that from. I was quoting information from the creator of the method in that post.

Without revealing the secret, can you tell us if it works, if everybody can use it and if it is really groundbreaking opposed to regular pumping? I mean, it costs 97 dollar to just get a blueprint to something that isn't reviewed anywhere and no results are published. I think everybody here wants to know if it is legit or not and if it really works better then methods showed on this forum.

Such an odd set up I don’t see any kind of reason this would be effective in anyway. Maybe I’m not seeing something but to me it looks like a sloppy pump with a piece of crap spring on it, what the hell are you supposed to do with it?

I just got the materials the other day. I'll try to get around to setting it up in the coming week.
I recall way back, probably 20 years or so ago, being in contact with a guy from Britain that was selling a device called "The Powerstretch." It was a pump cylinder with a very, very wide body and a hanger attachment for weights. I ordered the device and it worked a bit but would fall off when any appreciable amount of weight was applied. Then he came up with a modification, that I also ordered, but it had problems too. I was in touch by email and then he disappeared and I never heard from him again. I think it is no coincidence that this device is called the powerstretch2 and the source is in Britain. That could be a good thing or a bad thing. Maybe he's been working at this for 2 decades and now has a viable and revolutionary product. Or not. Let's see what oneovertwo has to say after trying it out, and maybe a few others who are willing to take a chance. But I'm sure this is the same guy.

I see that thing AT MOST working as a mild ADS.
