The only thing that you can do to improve upon [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] is a PMS If you can find a "routine" which applies a force that you can tolerate at all times, that is the very best that is humanly possible for mutation of any body part. The only thing that we can do to induce mitosis artificially is to place a force upon the tissues to cause separation of cells to induce them into mitosis. The only thing that we can do to cause as many cells into mitosis as possible over time is to apply that force for as much time as possible. (That maximum time is ALL OF THE TIME ) Hence, a Perpetual Mitosis System.
