Post Bathmate routine

Hi all, I’ve been implementing a new post bathmate routine of applying the ace bandage on my penis. It is a little engorged from the pump and do it for about 30 min post bathmate. Was wondering if it was a good thing to do or, stay away from it?

Wrapping with flexible bandage is perfectly fine after the Bathmate. Nothing is wrong with it. It actually helps to control edema if you happened to suffer from a post pump. It also helps to keep the penis elongated.

Post wrap is up to as long as you can. It can be 60 minutes or 16 hours. The wrapping shouldn't be too tight. If you get the tingling, that's too tight.

Take your time, there is no rush. Just be consistent and progressive until you find that sweet spot. God bless you my brother
