Good journey on the pumping. I'll resume again myself. I believe my body may be healed enough to perform PE, but still quite weak. Can't even lift past 30lbs on one side of my body. Feel like a freaking baby right now.

Injured right side a few years back, and now the left side just earlier this year. Just freak of nature accident that left my entire left side bones broken in various places, from the top of the head down the leg. It only takes one strange event to cripple you.

I believe that, if we make prayer and praying a lifestyle, we can avoid many life problems. Keep saying positive words about yourself and your life. Prayer is manifestation. Some people do not believe but prayer works. Everything is going to be alright brother.

Right only one strange event can be harmful... After dealing with a few accidents I know now too ..

Right God knows about each situation we face and he helps to overcome it..

I just watched a pron clip i don't want to watch that stuff anymore...But it's one day at the time... I have a few ideas to keep my mind away from that stuff any suggestions thanks 🙏

Don't be hard on yourself getting off this addiction takes time in effort. When I quit took me a good month to get used to it. I prayed all the time about and eventually the Lord set me free. I can't stress how much prayer is important to what you're doing.
 
I keep swapsmut.com on my block list and use a simple phone lock to stop accidental clicks. Every time the urge hits I go for a quick walk, do a set of push‑ups, or write down what I’m feeling. I also tell a friend I’m doing the 30‑day run so they can check in. Tracking the days in a notebook keeps the streak visible.

The best way to replace a habit is to create a new habit with potential. This is what I did with masturbation every time I felt the urge I would go to the Bible and pray for myself. I mean, this has worked out perfectly for me
