pop sound while strecthing downward

i was stretching downward hard as i could and i heard a sound like when you pop your knuckles, do anyone know what that means. do you think a broke a vein or something.
 
Look in the article section, their is a thread there written by me on this very issue of pops.
Also venture into the Boo boo and band aids section, their is a sticky on pops.
Its nothing to worry about.
 
The Pop is ok as long as you did not hear a snap or crackle.
