PLYOMERICS Question

So basically the Plyomerics is based on push-ups. So basically I perform the DLD Blaster and then in order to do the Plyomerics. I start pulling the stretch in jerk movements over my arm at 1 second reps over and over again.

Is this correct? I just want to be sure.

PLYOMETRICS are best done pre-stretch. Also, you can use any stretch position not just A-Stretches. I actually prefer to do the straight down.
 
Isn't any kind of "jerking" motion during stretching bad?

By the way, I was doing those "Pulse 110" stretches just now and I got a lig pop I think. This one hurt a little bit, though. No harm done.

It is dangerous by most theory out there on Penis Enlargement and this is why I gave a explicit warning on the dangers of PLYOMETRICS. I have been doing these 3 times a week for close to 1.5 months with no injury.

A POP that hurt...does it still hurt?
 
No. It hurt for like a second, but not anything major like an injury. The pop came from the top side of my dick at the base. Other pops I've gotten were painless and seemed to come from within the base of my cock and off to the side a little bit.

I'm fine though, I continued with my stretching after that with no problems. Thanks.
