Hello
I am a young man I am 21 years old I really need help
It's been almost 5 years since I discovered that I have a small penis I am so depressed because I can do nothing I tried lots of products and lots of ointment but nothing works for me and there I just discovered this forum i really need your help
I have a penis of 5 cm in flaccid and 12 cm in erection

For 5 years and I have been suffering I have been doing a 2 month proextender without any results and I believe that PE does not exist or else does not work for me because perhaps I have bad genetics really it hurts me heart with each i think of suicide it is good to blow the lead.

Please i really need your help

PE Is real, doctors will not back the science that PE works however you have many brothers here who have proved them all wrong and continue to do so.

If you can commit and dedicate time to the journey then you will get your rewards, it won't be quick but will be worth it once you get there, any size can gain and at a starting of 4.7" your not far off average

It really depends on which way you want to go. If you want to go completely manual there is no need for tools. But if you want to make the most of your gains I would do a mix of tools and manual work. SRT is a really good place to check out what I’m saying. It’s a balance of both manual work and equipment to maximize growth

what are you most concerned with right now Langford her or both? How much time do you have to dedicate today? I think the best route is SRT but this means something different for every person and that’s why I try to personalize Every Routine to the users preference.

In flange:

5 cm in length
And 7 cm wide

Erect:

12 cm in length
And 11.5 in circumference

My objective:

15 cm in length
13 cm in circumference
And gain a few cm in flaccid of course

You can now tell me what is the best routine for me to gain and save my life.
