i know this has been addressed probably a million times but i had a question. where does your penis grow from during pe? is it from the base or the middle or what ?

different exercises stretch different areas. Search through them to see what area you would want to expand.

Its a good question. I think some exercises pull it 'out' of the body (foot longs, hanging maybe) and others 'stretch' the cells all along the shaft. Ive often wondered this myself, but Im sure someone else can clarify this though.

Hanging, stretching and exercises of the like, theoretically "pull" the penis out of your body to make it longer. Your penis will also have to slightly cellular lenghthen because of the tension put on it.

Tunica stretches primarily focus on lengthening from the standpoint of enlarging(lengthening) the cells in the penis.
