How would one go with stretching foreskin at home? I have severe phimosis and recently found out it can cause cancer!? How likely is it? I can't see my penis head at all, so realized I haven't been really cleaning it... Trying to push shower water in doesn't really work as I realize now... I'm scared now, it's been fermenting in there...

What do you mean you can't see your head at all? Your foreskin is covering it completely?

If that's the case, you need to begin the process of pealing your skin back, pulling the foreskin connection completely off your corona.
