Thanks…I wasn’t going to use it ontil after the operation but I can still get a months work in so fuck it I’m going to give it a blaze tonight…i long do you reckon I should do my first session without going overboard? Also should I leave my girth workout ontil the end of the day ontil after I’ve finished with the extender work? Thanks….

Length first then girth. It is difficult to get a good stretch if you are expanded by girth

I wonder what would happen if you put a ring on after girth work and then got in an extender on top of that. Do you think it would compromise gains or multiply them?
 
K thanks I’ll do my girth workout before I go to bed then. I’m going to try a 5 minute pumping session tonight just to see how I get on….
 
Also DLD I meant to ask you is it ok that once a do my warm and put the Phalloson forte on can I just do my kegels while I’m strapped in? Thanks

You can do your kegels while strapped in.
 
Hi DLD, I tryed the pump out last night the tube seems to be very small as I can just about fit in it and I was even hard? I’m I missing something?

You may need a bigger tube. It's good to have a narrow tube for length but for girth you need a tube big enough. Follow instructions in above post
 
Ok thanks I’ll need to measure first to make sure I order the right size.. what size would you recommend? Would I have be able to fit in it fully hard yeah?
