I order my package from these guys 4 days ago going on 5. I've called god knows how many times and they don't call back or answer. I've emailed them everything you can think of I've done to get in contact withthem and nothing.they had no problems helping me before they had my money now they got ther 364 dollars and I chop liver. And all I won't to know is my tracking number or what's going on with my package.but I can't get an answer. They say on delivery in 2 to 3 days tops and it's been 4 going on 5 with nothing (and I ordered on a Monday)they are a scam website or just assholes eather one is messed up. Order a different product u would think for that much money it would be a great product and great customer service. Not!!! Well I can't comment on the product yet O. WHY U SAY BECAUSE I HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT. WE'RE IS IT WHO NOSE BECAUSE I DON THINK THEY DO BECAUSE THEY WON ANSWER ME. CAN ANYONE HELP ME HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT WITH THEY DAM PEOPLE.

I ordered 1 on Monday and after I ordered it they sent me an email saying they are going to email me once it ready for shipment. I been trying to call them too but all I ever get is and answer machine and with no call backs after I left messages. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

The Customer Service has me nervous dropping $435 OZ dollars on it soon.. Caution to the wind I need that sucker for 7hours of nighttime stretching.

I would not worry about that, we will always deal with them directly if there is an issue. I am currently trying to help them by taking over their customer service.
 
I received my order from them, but it was missing the 4 extra sleeves. I've been emailing them but they don't respond.

Yesterday and today. But i also emailed them for a tracking number when I placed the order, and never received a response.

Did you look under the green cardboard inner compartment..? Mine were hidden there.
 
I looked inside and out. There aren't many places they could be hiding. They just didn't put them in my order. Not only that, only 1 page of the instruction manual was in there as well.

I'm not very happy. As it stands I only have one sleeve that fits me. If it breaks, then I got nothing.
 
That sucks Frankriz.. Good luck with contacting and getting them as expected. Also look at some silicon sleeves from ABsilicone as a mod..??

I'm using the large bell with a medium sleeve and I'm going to use my medium bell and a ABsilicone sleeve as a hanging mod. I was boarderline for the large sleeve but I want to wear out the medium sleeves first. Getting the most out of this product as I can.

No, have no worries, their delivery time is 10-14 days. What country is it being shipped to?

check the customs...mine was stuck there for 1 week....track it and see where is it

The contrast between the two delivery times had me worried. It was initially sent with maltapost and i can track it within maltapost. There it says "Departure from office of exchange - SWEDEN". That was the 16th. That's how far it's trackable. Maltapost service says that I should be able to track it within postnord, but when I enter the ID in postnords tracking service it can't find anything. :P

You should have gotten tracking right when you ordered, maybe it made it to your spam box. Have no worries, we got your back. If it does get hung up at customs they will send you a notice but I have never heard of customs in Sweden being that strict. Well lets give it till the 30th and if you have not received or received notice of customs we will help you get around this. Understand we are here to serve you and to make sure you are completely happy.

Yes, any problem I ever had I contacted DLD and it was dealt with right away and to by biggest possible happines !
I only experienced such a great community on penis forums and growing beard forums (so pretty much forums without women).

i placed an order on the 23 december regarding spare parts..
i didnt get any email from them regarding the order has been placed or the airway bill or consignment number.......i am also not being able to send any email . will it be possible for u guys to ask them DLD?

The customer service was abhorrent.

I need to order 3 of the new condoms (because the originals are total garbage). My concern is more delay and bad customer service.

DLD, can you make any comment on the current status of their ability to fill orders and get them shipped out in a reasonable time?
 
Im sorry to hear this brother, I ordered my PF and received it in like 3 weeks, customer services replied to my email within 48hours.
This was in late 2015 so maybe they improved alot and there wont be any problem ?

What do you mean by the original condoms being garbage ? What happened ?

They have greatly improved all services across the board. We started out sort of rocky but today the partnership is strong and deliveries are on time. n If you have any issues please just ask for us to advocate on your behalf.
 
Yep. It makes me feel better you are on-board with them. This was, of course, way before you connected with the company. BBB, it's good to hear you had that experience. Makes me confident.

The original [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] condoms were very different in that they fatigued easily (the portion that encompasses the shaft, not the portion that grips the bell). This inevitably (and quickly) led to a condom that wouldn't seal up well around the shaft and thus air would leak into the vacuum chamber and the tension would recede. Guys tried to come up with all sorts of ways to reinforce the seal around the shaft, but nothing was too great. This was how all mine failed. Yeah, I'm over 6" girth, but that isn't monstrous. The fit when new was awesome, though.

Then the other issue was (and I never had this, but got the perception it was far more frequent based on bitching) that they would flat out tear. Wooo guys were pissed about that, but I suspect a good part of that was either carelessness or simple production faults. Add in some design fault, and there you go.

Now they have remodeled the condoms so they are much more durable, aren't supposed to fatigue around the shaft so quickly, and are more tear-resistant. They are expensive, but my experience with silicone sleeves as an alternative so far just makes me want to flat out shell out for the new [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] condoms and be done with it. I really need an effective [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. I still want to get a silicone sleeve that works well that I could wear at work, though. I'm giving thought to making my own.

Agreed. Their rep was helpful when present on PEGym board a few years ago (think he still is). Very inconsistent presence at times, which would drive Americans crazy. But when he was there, he was dynamite.

It's a damn good product.

If the company put more people to work as reps on the forum they would do so much better with their sales. I guess they are happy where they are and you are right, very inconsistent. Anyway. we are here and we will support you in all ways.
