I have 620 saved bookmarks from MOS. It will take some time to find this list of: Common progression in length and girth. If I had a better computer I would be able to open every bookmark simultaneously. 😆

One Minute Stretch of Each Below 1 set. 5 Minutes.

Straight to the left
Straight to the right
Straight BTC
Straight Outward

Straight Up

Hanging Using The LengthMaster:
8 Set’s Of 7.5 lbs total 40 Minutes.

Girth Right After Hanging.

Red Light Therapy/NIR:
15 Minute Warm up.

MityVac Dry Pumping:
9 Set’s Of 2 Minutes under pressure 5hg to 7hg total 18 Minutes.

Cock-Ring 30 Minutes Of Expanded Healing.

Note:

Wow, soreness was intense from the get go starting with the first set of hanging. The more I think about it I feel like my routine is solid I just need to be more strict and not over think it.

Edit:
You hang with the RED-LIGHT. Your tissue should be able to stretch so well. Should be a big difference from when not hanging with MOS-RED?
 
Yes, I only do a 15 minute warm-up as listed with both Red Light Therapy/NIR Together.

I use the red light by itself when stretching, hanging and pumping from a distance.
Okey! That sounds nice.
I need to be so close to it to get the effect, so I only use it when warming down, and sometimes when warming up. It makes big difference in my healing time.

When putting the chamber on when hanging one side of the chamber seems to lean more towards one side. I have tried to fix this with no luck. Will this cause uneven gains?
