  1. *Get erect
  2. *Lay on your right or left side, knees bent @45 degree angle
  3. *Hold penis inside with your left calf and right calf
  4. *Squeeze both thighs together, hard as possibly you can
  5. *Try doing som k egels
  6. *Squeeze and the squeeze your right and left knees
  7. *As many quick 1 second squeezes
  8. *Hold squeeze 5 seconds or longer
