Yeah any gains you see from pills alone are actually not gains at all. It is merely more of your penis you usually aren't using. So you can see a 1-2 inch gain but it will go away when you stop using the product.
Exercises alone can produce gains but I believe correct supplementation will provide safer more reliable gains. That said, most members gain without supplementing.
