That is a yes, and a no.

Yes, if you only wear it by itself without doing anything else. The minimal time is 4 hours, and optimal time is 14 hours.

No, if you are using with a more aggressive routine such as the Length Master and the bundled stretches. After the routine, wear the extender for a few hours to solidify the gaps you've worked hard on. The longer you wear after the stretch routine, the better. Minimum is an hour at 2.5lbs for optimization of growth. You can wrap or use the sleeves if you are on the run.

We have gone through so many pumps in the past. Stay simple but with various options. My suggestion is the MityVac. It has a lifetime warranty on it with this brotherhood. You can switch out cylinders for various workout, and you can upgrade your cylinders as you grow. Water is where you want to grow with. The water trap for the current unit is small, but you can purchase the larger water trap on the side for $15 to $30, depending on the size.

Hey brother, I would highly recommend the Mityvac pumping system from MOS.

Before I found this forum, I purchased a bath mate hydromax 7. The price was somewhere around $150 I think, and I still have it but now that I upgraded to the Mityvac system it rarely gets used unless I'm in a hurry and just do a quick pump in the shower.

The Bathmate is a quality product and I gained modest length and girth with it over my first six months despite not really know what the heck I was doing. I could have done so much more growing had I gotten the mityvac to start with a gauge and this forum to get support and direction.

Happy to answer more questions if you have any, but my main routine now is pumping primarily for length in the morning, and using a silistretcher ADS all day and sleeves throughout my waking hours.
