Penis Beading Nerve Damage?

I have been realy thinking about getting a bead like Ramone has on the top of his penis. I think it is really cool but... I'm worried is there a chance of damaging the dorsal nerve either from the procedure or later from friction?

anyone one with any beading exp. I would apriciate the help before I take the plunge.
