anyone have one of these? look at the noose contraption, does it seem better than the standard kind?

anyone have any reccomendations on [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words]? what about the ones that grip the top of the head instead of the noose- are they more comfortable?

I had one and found it very painful right on the edges of that strap. You can find some threads around here where guys have recommendations for a number of pre-padding things you can do before wearing.

I did not gain from it because of the pain issues. I never could get it to be comfortable enough to wear for more than 15 min.
