Penimaster ignored me completely after purchase

I've read about their delay shippment.

I understand their high volume purchase and small company constraint.

I ordered a coupling socket 2 months ago.
They did send me a tracking code, however it got stucked in a stage (60%) for 2 months, the last movement of item being 11 Jan.

They told me they will only be able to launch an investigation after 2 months period with the shipping agency.

Now this period is up and i send numerous emails but THEY JUST IGNORED ME completely.

Anyone can help on this? (i emailed to their support email address). Any other person I can contact?

I am really disappointed. To ignore customer after purchase being made.

This company is a joke. There is no reason at all for the insane delivery times they have. You got a package faster in 1813 then from these guys in 2013.

I really wonder how they survive in this era.

Why dont they just employ more people and find a simple way to track parcels?

Furthermore, DHL is their preferred agent. If I were them I would have scream them off, since they are the one receiving business and SHOULD uphold their names.

On my delivery, I was so surprised [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words] got back to me saying that DHL had already send the item 1 mth ago when I NEVER RECEIVE it. I click on the tracking website and they said the item is still in GErmany, 60% progress. What are they doing?
 
The biggest issue with them has been shipping and customer support. I agree, they need more people to help.
 
I have wanted to get [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words]. But the price is 2x over budget. That is 3 months of pay, eating grass and sleep in my car without gas. Since I have issues with malaysian DHL. I do not want my 1.3k to go up in smoke nor DHL to blackmail me again.
Why did they say they never had any issues. Positive thinking?
