pe muscle

Hey all.

Seeing as the penis is not a muscle but there is a muscle that we use to stop ourselves from peeing which we flex during kegels, sorry i dont know the proper name for it. Does anyone know what effect it would have on it if you were doing kegels and taking steroids at the same time. I dont wanna know that the testicles get smaller as we know is a result from taking too much steroids lol. Do you think it could have a positive reaction on this muscle or has anyone done pe exercises whilst on steroids. I dont take steroids i just get interested and want to know and get poeples opinions.

Thanks Ian

First of all, the penis does have muscle called smooth muscle tissue. It is too thin of a structure to create any increase in strength by "working out" but it is present in the penis. The muscle you are referring to is the Bulbospongiosus muscle. This is the muscle that is used in kegels. In the Penis Enlargement community it has largely been called the PC Muscle (Pelvic Floor Muscle) more than likely for an easier way to say and understand the muscle. The PC Muscle (Bulbospongiosus) is strengthened and developed as any other muscle in the human body through Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercises (Kegels and Reverse Kegels)

I hope that clears things up for you.
