PE healing process

I've been doing alot of reading about bodybuilding lately. I've read alot that your gains don't come from your training, but from what you do in your time out of the gym, the time when your body is repairing itself after the pressure you put it under.

Has there been any similar information relating to Penis Enlargement that I might have missed? Because I'm pretty interested in it.
 
i've heard that as well

i take off days if i feel i need too, but i know DLD trained 7 days a week and he gained alot so rest days dont seem essential for gains (like weightlifting), but i like to take them to avoid injury
